She was so thorough in her explanations of your products and she came across as genuine nice person who cared that I was receiving all the information that I needed to fully utilise my new sleep apnoea machine. I was referred by my GP to undergo a sleep study through Air Liquide. What I liked the most was I was able to take a machine home for testing instead of having to stay overnight somewhere. The process was very simple and after a short wait, my results came back and I was diagnosed with sleep apnea.

I was very anxious about my follow up appointment to discuss my treatment plan. My consultant, Geraldine, at the Dandenong branch, could not have been more helpful, really put me at ease, took the time to demonstrate how it all worked as well as getting me to test it out and answering all my questions until I was comfortable.

The wider health care team have also been great checking in on me and being very supportive. My overall experience with Air Liquide has been very positive and I highly recommend them.

I was referred to do a sleep apnea therapy by a friend after conducting a sleep study session at another provider, while waiting for a specialist appointment.

Needless to say, Geraldine, the consultant here at AL Dandenong, was very helpful throughout the process, from the intro to the weekly catchup. Highly would recommend AL.

Arranged an appointment 8 weeks ago via a doctors referral for a sleep study and they rang me 2 weeks before the appointment to cancel the appointment. Very Disappointing. Not very professional.
