KFC Waterfront City Docklands

Bad experience turned to a great one!!

Ordered online & when I tried the burger it was so salty and not edible. Took it back and the staff were so nice to replace it with some add on & was truly apologetic.

Glad to see great customer service!!

Order comes out as expected every time. Good or bad, it is KFC.

came to KFC dock lands with my friends and front worker kaleb was great help and even offered to point out the current deals they were serving. great work to kaleb i hope to see more workers with such great work ethic.

They got our 5 meals perfect and the service was quick. There wasn't any seating available but it looked like they had space for it. Possibly took it out for Covid restrictions and haven't got around to putting it back

The young girl working front counter today early this afternoon somewhere around 2pm was just the best, she really made my day, thankyou gorgeous! ❤ generally lovely friendly staff and good food here though for the city

Feel compelled to rate a fast food chain because of an employee here called Kaleb. Honestly, the best customer service ever in a fast food chain. It's corny, but the guy always provides service with a smile. Food? Well it's KFC!!!

The takeaway system is great, you can have up to 5 free dips like Mayo, mayo pepper and etc with your zingwr box. You can also customise your side snacks to suit your needs. Overall loved it!!

You only got 5 stars as the worker that day ...she was amazing handled things amazing ,, you hada little problems that day ,, and I wish I knew her name but don't,, definitely going back and how we were treated was excellent, made you feel special

We ordered from KFC for our snacking in the movie. They made it fresh for us. This was around 8:00pm

I dont need to give a bad rating but I agree with other customers. Cant except more than that from underage underpaid and untrained staff from a fast-food place. Still surviving becouse of Colonel Sanders.

I came here and let me just tell you that i was MIND BLOWN the service, the food, the quality everything was perfect the staff were so nice they even let me have a little sip from toilet bowl all i can say that this place is heaven

Fast, quick service. Perfect spicy chicken, server forgot to make my order a large and then upgraded it for FREE.

It's KFC. Best fast food franchise out there but that should be no surprise to anyone.... Not sure why they would even need a review.
