A big thankyou to Davis Monumental. You have made a very difficult time in our lives so much easier. The beautiful display, the comfortable office and understanding staff. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained making our choices so much simpler. I admire the respect shown to your late father and grandfather. He would be proud I'm sure. Davis Monumental have just completed a memorial to my father. When visiting the premises my enquiry was treated with respect and without any sales pressure. I had very precise ideas for every aspect of the project. Each request was analysed for practical application, discussed and the results agreed upon. I requested some very specific designs and was really happy with the artwork. I was kept informed of progress along the way and I am delighted with the finished product.

I have been photographing headstones in the Coomealla Memorial Gardens for some time now and I cannot be more impressed with the work done by Davis Monumental.

We have had a bad experience with this business, they failed to erect the Headstone that was chosen, after telling them of their mistake they refused to acknowledge any wrong doing, They were shown the pic of the Headstone we wanted, and the Headstone they erected, and stated. I fail to see a difference. This matter was taken to court and the Judge awarded us $375, I really don't know what the judge was thinking?. What about the other $2000 and something? where is the justice in that, that won't cover the cost of another headstone,and having the other one removed, so yep you guessed it, we have to wear that cost, over $5000 just for a normal headstone, They don't give a crap when something goes wrong, but quick to take your money and keep it. Stay away from this business, you could end up regretting it like we did.

HI, in the end, what we want are honest companies that do the decent thing by their customers,
Instead of unscrupulous businesses putting their own interests first, in obtaining increased finances ahead of the concerns of those very same customers
“A responsible honest business" would have tried harder to do what is paramount to retain their customer’s satisfaction, and trust, and continually being deceptive in their manner will definitely not reach that end; and it is "incredible" for Davis Monumental to believe otherwise;

Wayne and Ros Davis (of Davis Monumental) would you mind explaining to the people of Sunraysia, and the Australian public and also to the world, as well as to my family and me, why you did not place at my late wife’s grave, “the correct headstone and layout” that I paid you to place out there? And why you continually refuse to “honour your contract” to do so; (could it be because I “refused” to pay you again? I paid you once in full, now you want me to pay you to fix your mistakes? as you asked me to)? And would you also like to explain why you “breached our trust”?

Wayne and Ros Davis you have “Dishonoured yourselves” are you “embarrassed” do you feel “shameful” when your inadequacy or guilt is made public?? If not you should be; the only ones being “deluded” by your actions are yourselves;
“It takes less time to do a thing right, than it does to explain why you did it wrong”

Please take under advisement, that If you or anyone you know need the services of a monumental Mason, then you would be well informed to stay as far away from Davis monumental as possible because they show total disrespect and a contemptuous attitude towards their customers wishes, and the possibilities are extremely high that you will not get what you ask for; they are not worth the effort, look elsewhere! Enjoy your well informed day

if you want dodgy printing, the wrong font, the font written in the wrong place and the wrong headstone, head down to David Monumental. better yet let them make up there own stone (like they did for us) for your loved ones headstones, its all they are qualified in, as they surely are not there for their customers, they are only in it for themselves and the big $$ they expect their 'customers' to pay for dodgy as work.
