The staff are so friendly and efficient and that's only the beginning! We had the Smash-it Burger, chips, sweet potato chips, onion rings and the chicken loaded fries. The chips are superb and so is the burger, can't wait to eat them all again. Wasn't as sure about the onion rings but you can't win them all! Honestly, if you want some of the best chips and burgers in Richmond, visit Urban!

Dropped in by chance for a quick bite. Choose OSUM burger, chips and a drink for $22. Burger and chips arrived in 5 minutes and was well cooked with a burger bun that did not quite topped with black poppy seeds. Burger cooked to perfection and not overfilled. Chips are great oblong fires with just enough salt. Overall a great place for a quick meal with friendly service.

One of the best burgers around the city, amazing and they have grilled options for burgers, it's 100% Halal too, must try and great location in front of the Hive Shopping center in Richmond.

OMG. I couldn’t have inhaled the burgers and fries faster. They were SOOO good. We ordered the crispy chicken burgers and fries with cheese and gravy(basically poutine style). Will be back for more.

Got the Osum burger and ate it in the park. Bloody delicious 🤤. I highly recommend. Directly opposite the Hive shopping centre, don't miss it.

I have been to this place now more than 5-6 times and I must say the quality of the food is same as always. The burgers are delicious and chicken wings are fingerlicious.

Was here for lunch with the boys and was amazed by the food. I had the urban crispy and the boys had the urban culture. Both burgers were amazing and some of the best burgers I've had in Melbourne. The chicken in the urban crispy was juicy and tender and went delightfully well with the lettuce, capsicum and mayo and was overall definitely the best chicken burger I've had in life. The urban classic was also amazing and every ingredient in the burger was amazing. The Angus beef patties were simply top quality and the bun was also well done. Overall my first experience was wonderful, the staff were nice and very welcoming and inviting and I will be coming here for many other times and would highly recommend others to come and try these amazing burgers in Richmond.

Definitely worth a try! Great burgers, they're really flexible with changes you want to make! Loaded fries are a must, So many options. Really nice staff.

Very nice burger, fresh meat. Recommended!! Definitely will come back!! If I may give a little suggestion for the staff, certainly whoever in charge at the cashier/front desk to be more proactive when the boss not arround that would be much better for the business 🙂

Ordered the Classico - a basic beef and pickles burger with a side of chips and can of drink which came to around $15. Last thing at night but really friendly and helpful counter service, and fast table service. Excellent bun and flavour - beef was succulent and very tasty, chips were perfect and crisp. Definitely would recommend, and will be back again.

Love getting me some Urban Burgers Plus ! Got the fresh salads, juicy beef patties and the buns are really perfect and nicely sized. They make a flavoursome burger.

Fries have a really nice seasoning and their concrete mixers are perfect and their Loaded Fries damn yumm.. highly recommended

One of the best halal burgers in Melbourne, I have eaten a few times here and every time its the same taste! For beef lovers like myself do try ‘Owsum’ its delicious !

I dont give reviews unless the place is really good or really bad and this place was really really good. The double patty burger was one the biggest and tastiest burgers I have ever eaten. Hard to find a good Halal burger place in Melbourne but Urban Burger definitely changes that. Keep up the good work! 👊

Today I tried Urban Buger plus , It was one of the finest yummy Burger experience that we have in Melburne.The burger was so tasty with fresh salad, juicy meat and crispy chips. The kids love it as well. A good value for money and I would love go again. Highly recommended for burger fans.
