Probably one of the best, if not the best vegan restaurants I’ve been to. All the fried stuff are so crispy and the serving sizes are massive! They use soy protein to replace meat and accompany it with lots of fresh ingredients to complement it. Highly recommend everyone to give this place a go!

Incredible food! Wow the portion sizes are so good. Corn, curries and soup were all delicious and massive. We ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee and a homemade lemonade and wow they were both bursting with flavour. Really excited to have found this place and can't wait to come back. Inside is also very clean and the staff were attentive and friendly. Thank you!

honestly one of the best vegan places ive been to in melbourne! the food was delicious, and the service was super fast. for what you pay, you get a really large amount of tasty food. i ordered the pho which was $13 and it was massive, with lots of different types of fake meats. i also got a vietnamese iced coffee which was absolutely amazing! i really recommend everyone to try this place, vegan or not.

We went to visit @saigonxua.springvale as @ieatblog advised it’s been slow like a lot of other places in Springvale right now! The Banh Xeo was so damn delicious and easily one of a #BMAfavourites - perfectly crispy and packed with pork, prawn and fresh ingredients - definitely one of the best I've ever had. They also had their special offal congee (they’re known for this!) - this was special to me, as I grew up eating this while my uncles drank beer and played cards in the background, so it brought back a whole host of childhood memories.

Next time you're in Springvale, definitely visit @saigonxua.springvale for lunch - you won't regret it!

Perfect for vegetarians or anyone want to have a light delicious meal.
I have vegan crab noodles soup and its taste was amazing , far beyond my expectation for a vegan dish.
I also had a Vietnamese white coffee ( bac xiu), which also was incredible, not too strong but still keep the Vietnamese coffee’s taste. Highly recommended!!

So glad to have a full vegan Vietnamese restaurant in the area. Had the banh mi, was delicious.

The amazing reviews drew me to this place and they were so so right. I got take away. My order was the chicken balls entree and the Pho` for main.

Best vegan food in Springvale at reasonable prices for a tight budget. Highly recommend and we will be back. Fifty dollars for four meals is great value and large portion sizes. I normally don't like 'fake' meat and the meat is very meat like however I just picked out the 'chicken' out of my chicken curry and it was so tasty. Quick service and friendly staff.

EPIC!!! Been twice in the last week, everything has been exceptionally delicious. Vegan Offal was exceptional, Ban Xeo, Rice Noodles, Beef Curry, all amazing!!! Would be great if you could mark on your menu(+UberEats) what items can be done gluten free so i can bring some friends here

I was surprised that their taste and presentation were so on point, delivering such exact food served in Vietnam that I’ve always been trying to look for here in Melbourne. Great menu choices and dedication from the chief. Highly recommended if you want to try out real authentic Vietnamese fusion with great prices!!

My friends and I dined in here tonight, I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to try the very best Authentic Viet Taste in Melbourne. Delicious foods, especially Viet pancake, skewers and Porridge. The owner and staff were friendly and providing exceptional service. Highly recommended and will definitely come back in the near future.
