We recently finished our first-ever bathroom renovation, sourcing all products from Highgrove Bathrooms. We are so impressed with not only the quality of the items, but also the support and expertise from the Highgrove team!

As we managed the renovation ourselves, we had a few questions along the way and weren’t always 100% sure what we would need, but the Highgrove team were always happy to help and point us in the right direction, so that we could make things easier for our trades and avoid any delays.

A big thank you in particular to Katherine for going above and beyond in helping us to keep to our schedule, we couldn’t be happier with the end result!

Very helpful and professional team. I have used this shop over the past 5 years. Living in a remote location makes deliveries at times tricky. I had an item that was taking a while but I couldn’t speak more highly of Chris and the young lady, who even after 4 phone calls were patient and understanding. Good work management 👍

Very comfortable shopping experience at Highgrove Bathrooms Dandenong, not only the good price and quality products, but also the support from their staff, especially, Kathryn, she was extremely helpful and super nice when I was needed. I am highly recommending Kathryn if you are looking for sales consultation.

I have phone up Dandenong store. I was lucky to have deal with a sales consultant like Zoe. She sound really friendly and well mannered over the phone. She has been very helpful from the start of my selection till the end. She has answered all my questions and she understand my concern and needs. Good on you Zoe!

For me this was a one stop shop. Renovating the laundry, main bathroom, toilet and ensuite made it so easy. Agnes made this easy with the time she spent given the shopping list I had. Despite facing a few problems during demolition, some of my items needed to be changed over. Catherine was so helpful and understanding. Thankyou so much

The staff at the Dandenong store were extremely helpful ...we purchased tap ware, toilets, vanities, cupboards, shower roses, all that was needed for two bathrooms. Agnes was fantastic in advising us what was needed, Zoe was extremely helpful when I needed extra items and swapping things because I changed my mind, we had a small problem with one of the items, the manager arranged for someone to come out and look at it and it was then replaced without question. I can’t recommend these guys enough. All the staff had smiles and a warm welcome to the store.

I purchased a large amount of tapware and received endless amount of assistance with my order. I then had a faulty tap that they replaced without a fuss! Absolutely could not recommend this company enough. I was extremely impressed with amount of customer service and communication I received from Fiona as she went above and beyond to assist me. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

I'm sorry to see that others have had a bad experience. Because my has been the complete opposite. I purchased some products and have delt with Highgrove a couple of times now. I found the price and service was really good. I have been dealing with Zoey who was a pleasure to deal with.

The team organised prompt delivery of all my items and were super helpful with advice. Zoe was great answering all my emails. I would absolutely recommend buying your bathroom at highgrove Dandenong. Their prices are really competitive too if you are on a tight budget like me.
