Fresh fruits and vegetables. Very friendly staff always serve with smile. A preety girl Farah served me at service counter.She is really good and have great customer service skills. Always loves to do shopping at Woolworths Dandenong plaza.

Woolworths Dandenong has absolutely everything you need for your kitchen. Food is always available in stock for purchase. The store is mostly clean and welcoming.

Always good to see manned checkouts, great selection of range and easy location to car park.

Updated 12 months on, Woolies continue to kick Coles butt on customer service. Manned checkout and self serve neither with lines and staff with panicked faces like their rival inside. I literally walked in to Coles, too much disarray, walked across to Woolies, staff cleaning and stocking, served without a wait. Keep your 5 stars Woolworths People!!

Very smart &well run store ,the manager has the personality to embrace his staff to good things ,store tidy ,well presented ,the staff I encounter at the service area very helpful &cheerful 🐕🤠

Couldn't find what I was looking for so asked a staff member who wasn't sure, so he found someone who was able to help me, so I left the store with everything I went in for as well as a couple of snacks, as you do, very happy all round with my experience.

Witnessed excellent customer service from grocery team member. Just grabbed a few things like my steaks. The steak at Woolworths Is so much better than Coles. Friendly checkout staff.

I always call in to Woolworths Dandenong after work if I'm not tired or on the weekends. I'm happy to buy my stuff at Woolworths Dandenong.😃❤❤❤

Woolworths always the best for everything but I have a small favor from whom are manage and lead the staff to teach them be more patients and if there's any customer's ask about few stuff doesn't know really were they are to pick what they searching suppose the customer service or the staff are in the floor help give more customer care.
Keep the best work always on the highest level.

Placed an order online and when picking it up the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The freezer items were unfortunately forgotten about by both them and myself, and when I contacted them about it the phone support staff (I spoke to a man called Alex) were incredibly helpful and friendly and the store arranged free delivery of the rest of the items.
The lady from the Dandenong store was amazing, friendly and so apologetic.
I received 2 boxes of chocolate and flowers as an apology and is a reminder why #IShopAtWooliesNotColes.
So pleased with the customer service!
Also the fresh produce chosen by their pickers was top notch, nothing marked, misshapen or bruised.
Nothing but praise from me!

Staff are always helpful and polite.
Reasonably fast ques, quick to sanitise and clean baskets, trolleys and refill stock shelves. Nearby toilet facilities for men/women and parents indoors. Security always within centre parameters. High turnover in shopping car park in all directions of centre.

Wheelchair accessible centre, deli section and instore bakery.

Great woolies within centre surrounded by other shops that cater for other various essentials needs/basic needs.
I.e phone/tablet/computer accessories store. Tattslottos, dunken donuts/x2 tobacconists, x4 hairdresser some with beautician speciaty services, nails/waxing shop, x2 chemist pharmacy's, and more....

A staff overcharged me for the item I bought and I complaint. It was attended to. The next time I went there, we were attended by the same staff. He attended to us well and with respect. We now notice he was the one that attended to us. I could see that the staff recognized their customer.

ALLWAYS shopped here, when Wooworths were closed seemed like forever it just took all the fun away from Shopping. They have re modelled their store and it is Fantastic. Great to see some familiar faces. We missed their friendly Service and Smiles. With the Pandemic on it just made things more sad they were gone. Great to have you back. My husband and I missed you. One of the best Woolworths I have come across in Melbourne, with not only having amazing varieties of food and beverages but also providing with exceptional customer service, shout-out (Andy and team) who go to extra-lengths to ensure that customer entering their store has phenomenal experience.

I have interacted with Woolworths customer service online and unfortunately I wouldn't care much as had such a lack-lustre response from them but then when I went to the store, they had a different way to respond to a problem, which is more logical and proactive, saves the day for everyone.

Seems like new as they have made some changes and very clean and tidy. Staffs are friendly.
