Completely incapable of meeting the timeframes they advertise when ordering anything. I always pay by PayPal and I almost always end up raising a transaction dispute through PayPal, they will then respond promptly where as they will almost always ignore any direct email follow-ups.

Ordered $2000 worth of Coles gift cards in August via rewards system at work. Been awaiting cards and got sick of waiting and requested a refund which has not come through. Chases up again doubt it will happen.

Like other people's reviews. Bought $1000 worth of woolworths gift cards through employee 'benefits' program and nothing has been delivered. You really think I'm going to forget I gave you $1000?? Their customer service is full of follow ups and promises and zero action or results. Disgraceful and detestable company that should be shut down.

My husband purchased $2000 worth of Coles gift cards in November last year. Six months later and still no gift cards despite numerous emails requesting they be sent!!!! Unconscionable conduct. Have spoken to them today demanding a refund. Having ready the review about the problem another customer had with Woolworths cards it seems ours is not an isolated case. Be very wary about purchasing gift cards from this company.

I wanted to share my experience with purchasing Woolworths gift cards from Pegasus Group Australia recently. To be frank, I'm really unhappy with how things have turned out.

I placed my order back on January 26th, 2023, and received an email saying that my gift cards would be delivered between March 29th and April 1st. It's now May 1st, and I still haven't received my gift cards. I've been waiting patiently for weeks now, and it's starting to feel like I'm being taken for a ride.

It's frustrating because I specifically chose Pegasus Group Australia because they are connected with my superannuation (MLC), but clearly, that's not the case. I've tried reaching out to their customer service team, but I have only received few follow up emails.

Overall, I would not recommend anyone purchase gift cards from Pegasus Group Australia. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration. Save yourself the trouble and go with a different company.

Update, May 2nd. I wrote a complaint email asking for refund and the company refund my money next day.

Ordered three gift cards from this seller and never received my orders. Take your money and never provide the purchase. Messages or emails never get returned. Do not trust this company as it is a fraud.

I bought 2 vouchers in different transactions about a week apart. It has now been 3 months and I am still yet to receive either of them. I've called about 3 times in the last 2 weeks and was told 1. they would be sent that day, 2. then they were waiting for them, 3. then registered post got lost and they will resend them. I feel as if they are are lying to me or delaying telling me the truth. Either way, I think 3 months and still not received my voucher is unacceptable. I'll wait another 2 weeks then claim fraud refund through PayPal if still nothing.

I like my job and the company I work for but for my company to actively promote Pegasus as an employee benefit really puts a bad taste in my mouth. If you are a company reading this please, do your due diligence, look after your staff and dont associate with Pegasus.

Ive bought 2 physical gift cards since 12 weeks ago, still haven't received them. I've emailed them 3 times which getting no reply. If I don't receive my gift card next week, I will report to Accc.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Ordered 3 Woolworths Physical Gift Cards. They said allow up to 3 weeks. Now into the 4th week. Sent 3 emails with no response. They never answer the phone so I left a voice mail. No reponse. Will give it another week then lodging a FRAUD claim. I did buy E-Gift cards and they were OK but now I no longer trust this company.

Scam company dont buy gift cards from them, waited 4 months for gift cards to be issued. Alway provide excuse as supplier issues for delay. Its a electronic gift card!!! How can it be supplier issues unless they havent paid the supplier to issue the card. Processed paypal dispute for refund.

I processed two Woolworths gift card for $500 on 8th of April 2023 but till date we have been given a run around and have not received the cards .

I do not think they even deserve one star rating coz they always find ways to fool you over phone while they never fulfil their oreders on time. They metnion that the delivery of gift vouchers can take up to 28 business days, yet I have never recieved any of them with in that time. I had to remind them every time after 28 business days were, and had to bear foolish never ending excuses from their customer care agent.

Ordered the eVouchers and they said a turn around time of 1-2 days. But even after 5 days, no response. I will not buy from you ever again, as I can get 5% off from various sources.
Edit: can understand that lockdown might be affecting operations, but atleast respond to messages or emails. Please stop false advertising.

Fraud Company like other people mentioned they take your money for gift card and intentionally don't send anything assuming customer might forget and they can run away with money, their contact centre never picks up the phone and when sent complaint using PayPal told me to accept egift card as they have supplier issue but the same product is there to order on their website even now.
