Gorman - Albert Park

Victoria and Katerina are the most helpful, amazing staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with at a retail store. I love Gorman in Albert Park and only go to this store because the staff are so nice. Sometimes I make the effort to shop in person instead of online because I enjoy the atmosphere so much. The customer experience is amazing, the store is so well presented and I feel so at home, I could spend hours there. The staff are extremely helpful, honest and kind. They are second to none. I’m so grateful to be part of the Gorman Albert Park community. I could not recommend a retail space more highly.

Staff are really helpful and obliging

Proud of my wife for calling out the Retail Assistant in this store for her disrespectful and racist behaviour. It’s never okay to humiliate and demean anyone but it’s so much worse when people of colour are “put in their place” so the white people can be served. I have complained to head office and eagerly await their response.

Update: for the record, Gorman head office chose not to respond to my complaint of racism….
