3A Smart Home Showroom

Purchased 3A Wifi Dimmers and Wifi Switches from their Amazon stores. They work a treat with Lectory Epistar Dimmable downlights. Build quality is fantastic and love the look of clear glass on the panel. Would recommend.

Zigbee smart home devices with local certification. Great and cost effective way to get into smart home automation. Their App and reliability of scene switches should be improved.

Kevin was very helpful setting up the lights but the product is not great. I have 8 switches and after about 1 year the LEDs starting failing until now a few years on only 2 switches have all their LEDs working. The LEDs also seem to vary in brightness from one switch to the next - it doesn't look great when they are installed next to each other. One switch has also become very difficult to press. When I mentioned the failed LEDs Kevin just told me to replace the LEDs. Easier said than done...
Next step I will likely have to replace all 8 switches with another more reputable brand as once the LED dies you cannot see the switch in a dark room and they are not tactile so I need to use my phone torch to turn my lights on... Expensive exercise.

The concept is awesome. But the product doesn't work well. There are some switches that take many attempts by hand to turn on. Also, there's been issues with connecting them to apps - paid for an electrician a couple of times to sort this out, even after having the switches replaced, still same issues.
And reading through the other reviews, I can see this is a common occurrence :/ Great concept, but look elsewhere for product.

Waste of time

Warranty isn't worth the paper its printed on. He kept blaming the fan capacitors, despite our electrician proving the issue was with the switches. Luckily the issue happened within 90 days so I was able to ask my bank to do a chargeback.
