The revamped Jb Hi-Fi is an improvement over the previous downstairs version. Occasionally, there is a shortage of staff for assistance, but I appreciate the new layout. It makes the place more inviting for both newcomers and tech enthusiasts like me. 😅

A good shopping experience, I buy a MacBook with lots of gift cards. Alyssa very patient help me to scan each of them.

I have also found with my past experiences with shopping at JB's that they will always honour the warranty to replace broken for brand new or just refund you the full amount. They will not screw you or try to weasel out of the refund or replacement as these guys are legit. Now, you can have complete peace of mind if anything unexpected goes go wrong with your purchase. Such massive savings at JB Glenny means you can buy more stuff for yourself or for family and have more cash to spare for whatever you like. With savings like these, you'll be laughing!

Kubes is possibly the best sales assistant I have ever come across at any store!

A couple of years ago, I had purchased JB-HiFi gift vouchers for my niece and nephew for their birthdays. Recently, they told me they had lost them so I called up JB to see if they could help.

The policy was that if the cards were not validated, they could cancel the old cards and give me new ones. However, when checked, one of the cards had a little spent (maybe someone found and used), but JB was so kind to give me two new cards at the full value I had purchased, even though they were only obligated to do that for one of them (and also at cost to their store). This really exceeded my expectations and showed me their management understands and really care for their customers. This gives me so much more confidence to shop in their store as they would watch out for their customers

Thank you again JB-HiFi, my nephew and niece were very relieved to hear of this outcome.

Where i usually go when i need to buy things like laptops, cables, mobile phone cases, guitars, etc. staff are always helpful and friendly.

Staff are quite helpful and nice. At times they're very busy and can't attend to enquiries straight away, but that's understandable.

Hats off to Tod, who was unbelievably helpful towards a brown couple 😊 we don't see your type of staff often. Thank you so much for all your support.

I bought a dell computer at JB Hi Fi but the charger was not charing after 6 month, the manager, a tall handsom guy replaced a new charger straight away. Very good service and i will buy a dison vaccum later at this store.

Dave & his team were great. Bought a sound bar and he went out of his way to make sure it was the one that was right for me. Pleasure to deal with. Plenty of team members available to assist aswell. Cheers guys!

Just wanted to say that we just had the most fabulous customer service experience with Connor at Jb Hi-Fi in the Glen- they were absolutely incredible, kind and took their time helping us, even at the end of a long shift at the EOFY. Mel at the counter was also lovely and friendly- what a great shopping experience!
