Wootten boots are truly outstanding. Whether 5 or 100 stars they would get the top score from me. I have two pairs, both custom and the service from Jes, Krys and the team is unparalleled. Walking in to the Richmond store is such a wonderful experience not to mention their online presence and correspondence. I often go on trips and my woottens are the only pair of boots I take, such is their versatility, comfort and durability. The comfort is particularly remarkable as for such sturdy boots there is zero break-in time despite the use of full grain leathers. For those in the know, I have many clinch and role club boots and my woottens more than hold their own with these brands despite being half the price. Do yourself a favor and grab a pair.

I got a beautifully crafted Wootten apron for my busy life as a florist, After two years, it’s still in such good condition! I love how the leather ages and looks even better with time! I also have a bag I purchased about 10 years ago! And it looks the same as when I bought it! (Different kind of leather, thicker) So well made, pieces to last a lifetime!! These guys are such great designers and their excellent craftsman ship is very much apparent. I’ve had so many people comment on both my pieces and I tell them ‘Wootten made it! They are amazing, they ship to Perth!!’ Good on ya guys!!!

I own one pair of Wootten boots. They are hands down (feet down?) the best, most comfortable, hard-wearing, robust, best looking boots I've ever owned. A quick weekly buff with natural polish keeps them looking characterful and professional. Love them. They're an investment. I look forward to investing again.

I currently own three pairs of Wootten's shoes and couldn't be happier if i tried! Their shoes are super well made and supremely comfortable. Jess and the team are super friendly and helpful. If you have the budget I strongly recommend seeing these guys for a pair of shoes!

I like nothing more than great craftsmanship and equally great service, this is what you get from Wootten. Quality hand made shoes - just like the old days by a real legend and top bloke Jess. And cant go past the service from Krystina - such a winning combination. I recommend this to anyone that appreciates good quality product.

I bought a belt from Wootten because I was tired of the belts that you buy in mainstream clothing stores that disintegrate after a year. The quality of this belt is clearly superior and at only $85 it's really good value. It looks nice too. Also great customer service: I ordered a size 32, and they took the time to call me up to check that this was the right size. After a brief discussion I realised that this would be a little too small and changed my order. Also the order was dispatched within a day of this conversation. Will definitely shop here again!

Excellent selection of custom and bespoke leather shoes and boots (manufactured locally in Ballarat, Victoria). Lovely, super knowledgeable staff - all of whom actually make the shoes they sell. My wife bought a pair of custom leather boots from here and they're the best boots she's ever gotten.

Have delayed my review to put my Wootten boots through a bit of wear - in short excellent. Thank you Krys and Jess for your hard work, the boot has moulded well and looks just as appropriate in a boardroom and out in the country.

One pair of boots...$1100. 5 week wait. My first fitted footwear...heck it's good. Hard to describe the difference, but my other shoes are no longer tolerable...when I try to wear my old pairs I'm constantly aware of the areas rubbing or inconsistencies in pressures around the foot.
