Dr. White Glenton used to be my family's primary care physician for a year. Now we have moved to West Melbourne. He is one of the best listeners and collaborative GPs. He did everything he could to help patients. From my experience, it's an excellent clinic.

Really friendly and helpful staff

For time management I would give them zero stars. They have a booking system, yet you are NEVER seen on time. What's the point?? They should just take on the numbering system - take a card and have a seat. Whoever came in first seen first.
The doctors are ok depending on who you see.
The dietician is lovely.
Bathroom is reasonable. Wheel chair accessible.
The receptionist are good on the phone but in person a bit slow.
Can't comment on the rest of their serivce.

From a doctor, unfortunately we experienced very standoffish behaviour. First time waited for appointment, were told to leave as we were 'too late' according to the doctor's time. At first we were told by reception to be seated to wait for doctor, after 20 minutes receptionist comes up and later tells us we were too late. Frankly, rude reception, 'intolerant'doctor. Experienced mostly rude behaviour overall from staff, would like to give lower rating

There is only one bulk billing doctor, Dr Glenton White,who can be standoffish. He could not read a simple blood test analysis correctly and I had to literally point to the result on the paper to show him that there was a problem with my blood work after he kept arguing that I was wrong. He is a bit doddery and doesn't listen and I would not recommend going here except for the most basic health needs.

, really that rude good slap across the ear should bring them back down to normal LoL, why so rude,what is it the area.treat people the way you would like to be treated.

Very long wait . Waste of booking for appointment
