I've been seeing the principal doctor (Dr Tim Stobie) and can wholeheartedly recommend as a conscientious and knowledgeable physician dedicated to patient care

I recently moved into the North Melbourne area and needed to find a new GP practise quickly. After visiting two other GP clinics in the North and West Melbourne area, I can confidently say that the North Melbourne Family Medical Centre is by far and away the superior clinic in the area. Not only was I greeted by exceedingly friendly reception staff but I was offered a thorough consultation by a kind and attentive doctor and Practise Nurse. Unlike the reviewer's experience below (which I find incredibly surprising) the reception staff were quick to inform me that the doctor was running five minutes late due to a "walk-in" patient who had a medical complaint that required urgent attention. The staff offered profuse apologies (about a modest five minute delay, no less) and offered to reschedule my appointment. In addition to the thoughtful and attentive service that I received by all members of staff I was thrilled to learn that - as a full-time university student - I was entitled to bulk billed medical consultations.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the North Melbourne Family Medical Clinic to anyone looking to join a warm and welcoming family medical practise in the North Melbourne area.

I visited North Melbourne Family Medical Clinic today and was thoroughly impressed with all aspects. Firstly, the receptionist (Ebony) was very friendly and welcoming. She made the process of intial paperwork a breeze. I saw Dr Dimitrijevich for my appointment. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and approachable. I would recommend this clinic to all my friends and family.

I've been going to North Melbourne Family Medical Centre since it has opened and have been blown away with the service! I have never enjoyed going to the doctors until now. Both Dr.Tim, Dr.Alex and reception make you feel really comfortable and always very thorough!!! Plus when I take the kids there they get bulk billed which is a bonus. Thanks heaps for the awesome service guys!!!

My husband and I attend the North Melbourne Family Medical Centre and we are so impressed by the level of care we've received from both Dr Stobie and Dr Dimitrijevich. Both doctors are highly professional - very diligent, approachable and kind. We can't recommend them enough to prospective patients!

I want to thank the wonderful team at North Melbourne Family Clinic led by Lisa. The customer service was second to none. The Drs were friendly, efficient and compassionate. I highly recommend this clinic especially Dr Tim if you are looking for a Family Clinic. I will be taking my whole family here from now on.

I was very impressed by this practice. It has been easy to get appointments, the doctor was running on time for all my appointment (although they were early morning) and all blood tests were done during the appointment which was very convenient. If you don't mind paying a gap (which in my opinion is very reasonable) then I would highly recommend. Overall was very comprehensive and quality healthcare.

I have attended NM Med Centre on a number of occasions and each time I have seen Dr Zhang. I have never been disappointed. She is certainly no nonsense and straight to the point but I have found her to be caring & professional with a quirky sense of humour on occasion. I would recommend this clinic to all of my friends & family and to anyone who wants solid, no BS healthcare. It's all the better now they have pathology on site.

I just cut my finger this afternoon, and I decide to go this family clinic for handle my injury. One of pretty nurse or doctor just give a free help without any hesitate, best experience in Australia!

Super friendly and efficient. In and out for a blood test in under 30 minutes, with wonderful bedside manner. Highly recommended!

I will no longer be returning to this medical clinic because of the poor service the receptionist provides and the appearance of incompetence from the male Dr here. I am sorry to leave such a poor review but I have just been so disappointed from my past 3 appointments.
