We have been nothing but happy with the team from Naughtons who recently installed our pool. From our first meeting with Damian to now looking at our finished pool we have had no issues. Naughtons have been professional and friendly to deal with and we would recommend using them.

Helpful staff, although he didn't know what l was asking for (i was asking for filter sand). The prices were surprisingly cheap and l got what i wanted in the end once another staff member came out. I reccomend this shop for all your pool needs. 9/10

Talk about dampening one’s spirits when it comes to planning your dream pool.
My partner and I went in to the Echuca show room last Saturday morning to speak with a representative to get some more ideas about styles and prices. We were met with woman that came to serve us who could not be bothered in the slightest to give us the time of day, like we were just an interruption of her time. We had already done our research and were just in need of some simple questions answered in order for us to make the right decisions for our purchase.
After five minutes of hearing her reasons, or rather, excuses, why Naughton’s ‘couldn’t’ help us because they were “really busy” with a long waiting list and how concrete pools are “more expensive (than fiberglass) and take ''3 months to build” in addition to her apparent lack of knowledge nor the willingness to seek the answers that we were after, we walked out feeling like disillusioned and unvalued customers.
Unfortunately for Naughtons, we decided to take our business to their competitor.
Fortunately for their competitor they’ll get our $90,000.
Terrible customer service Naughtons. Our experience in your store was very disappointing to say the least. Staff members that tarnish your reputation also cost you tens of thousands of dollars in lost sales.
There’s no place for arrogance in sales matter how “busy’’ your business is. Your competitors could teach you a thing or two about exceptional customer service.

From the very start of getting pool, having to deal with and pay their sub contractors and subcontractors suppliers directly, even though there was a written contract in place. After sales service, non existent. Pavers around pool edge coming loose after 12 months. Pool gates not shutting and continually needing adjusting. Solar heating PVC cracking on roof and constantly needing replacing, been waiting two months this time for service, was last done 8 months ago.
