Had this desk for a couple months now and definitely no regrets. Loving the maximum height for reading things while I stand and the speak touch board for pre-set heights is a nice finish.
The add-ons, could be a little more functional for me. The cable management could be slightly larger for my big chunky power points and the power clamp would be nice if we could remove unused cables.

Researched into different brands and Omnidesk were the only ones to offer the legs only (as I wanted to make my own desk top) at a very reasonable price! They were extremely helpful when I had questions and the delivery was prompt and professional! Definitely will consider them again for future purchases!

I got the Ascent desk with bamboo timber. It looks great. Really solid steel parts and very easy to put together. Great quality and the keypad to operate the up and down is easy to use. The movement is nice and quick. Very happy

I'm just so happy with my new desk setup from Omnidesk. I was a bit skeptical before I decided to order mine. But I saw a lot of good reviews and the company is based in Australia. So, I think it will be easier if things go wrong with my order.

The desk came within 3 days after I placed an order (pretty fast for free delivery).
When it's arrived, I had a bit of concern with the scratch on the top table near the edge. My concern was if the scratch will get worse over the time like other MDF board. so, I send an email to the team and they responded to my email immediately and called me the next day to address my concern and offer me a compensation for the cosmetic damage on the table. They also reassured me that the scracth won't get worse as the table top is made from bamboo not the cheap MDF board.
After had a discussion with the team, they sent me a cable management bar to compensate my damage within few days.
I'm very satisfied with how they handle complaint and how fast they handle matters!

Love my standup desk from these guys. Product came quickly, and while I had a shipping problem totally out of their control they were in contact every step of the way until it was resolved and arrived as expected.

The desk: The wood quality in person is even better than expected, I found omnidesks tops looked far more stylish than the competition so I went with them. Super happy I did. I chose Dark Acacia if that helps anyone! Just the right amount of gloss too.

Overall, the service was honestly some of the best I've experienced for any product I've bought, not just desks. I even had someone call me and thank me for my purchase and let me know some delivery estimates. Unreal! So if you're on the fence because all of these companies seem very similar, I can confidently say this team is worth your money. I am so glad I went with them. If you are put off by some old reviews from a few years back, it seems they read the feedback and have completely overhauled their customer service and it shows.

Loving my new set up, the motor is smooth and acts quickly , easy enough to put together and set up the ECU settings. I’m glad I went the biggest size , also the organiser underneath as it holds the cables and laptop dock as the desk moves up and down. Desk feels sturdy and well built , no shakes as I type standing. Loving the cup holder too ! Separately I purchased anti fatigue mat a couple weeks after I set it up , that didn’t really do much for me in case you were looking at getting one. I ended up separately buying a good cushioned slippers as I must admit after standing for some time the heels do start feeling it even though I am under 60kg , not moving and just switching foot to foot only goes so far … I tend to stand 30-60mins at a time. Highly recommend Omnidesk !

I'm in love with this desk! I bought the Omnidesk Ascent in XL with the bamboo tabletop, and it's one of the best purchases I have bought. I've been needing a desk upgrade for many years, and I had been eyeing this desk for a while now. I finally got the chance to take a look at it in person while I was at PAX AU, and I completely fell in love.

The customer service has been amazing as well. I was communicating via email with Tyler from the beginning, and he answered all my questions and was super patient with me.

The amazing customer service also cascaded down to the delivery driver, Matt, who went beyond my expectations with how my packages were delivered. Matt contacted me on the delivery day to let me know approximately what time he would arrive and to discuss the best place to leave the packages. He was concerned about this as the weather was not good (it had been raining on and off), but he was happy to reassess the situation once he arrived. Upon arrival, he called me again and mentioned that he noticed the side gate to the back of my house was unlocked and noticing the sheltered area in the back, asked for permission to leave the packages there instead. Of course I happily gave it, and he then sent a photo of the delivery to me.

It was definitely pure luck that the side gate was unlocked as my family had not notified me of this, but I am so grateful that Matt took a look and let me know about this as the back sheltered area was definitely the best place to leave it. To me, he went beyond what was expected to ensure that my new, beautiful desk, would not be damaged by the weather.

If you're checking out the reviews, you are probably in the same position I was when browsing for a new desk. After heavy consideration I went and bought the Omnidesk - Ascent (Pheaseant Wood). I have never looked back, the quality of this desk is immaculate, from the little details as well as practicality it offers from cable management, accessories and even durability.

Biggest shout to Gary Lai - Logistics Team, for assisting me throughout my journey, despite the hiccups I had with getting it to my door, this individual's customer service is a whole new level. He went above and beyond for myself from start to finish and really is the fulfillment of what customer service should be about - which is not easy to find within retail these days.

From my original purchase of my first PC back in 2021 from Aftershock PC to this, I can assure you that if you are either in the market of PC Build/Desk setups, I would highly recommend to come to their showroom and see for yourself so you can see how the variant desk set ups can assist with tailoring the right build for you. Be rest assured that you might find something as good, but you won't find any better than these guys.

Happy with my desk. Good quality and works well. Good cable management. A few issues with Hunter Express delivery to Sydney but everything did arrive in good condition in a reasonable time frame and OmniDesk installer was super helpful and friendly getting everything set up and working. Would buy again.

Very satisfied with the omnidesk, sturdy and a bit hard to install by myself but manageable. The looks very sleek the machine good, its not woobly as that one that i don’t want on the table. And the look very nice. I bought the xl size and it fit all my needs. How they think about hiding the cable its a plus so no cable to much. I’m still not manage to tidy the cable yet, don’t mind my cable. Very happy customer. The price and quality is match.

2 boxes out of 3 arrived pretty fast, unfortunately Allied Express messed up and had to wait 2 more days for the 3rd one.
Assembly was quite easy and straight forward, did it alone, only needed help lifting it as it is quite heavy.
Very satisfied with the size, look, feel, speed etc.

I am seriously loving my new desk! The price is awesome, the assembly instructions are well thought through and simple to follow - not just confusing symbols to try and interpret but clear written instructions with diagrams. I just love the fact I can store set heights and recall them with a one-button push. I seriously recommend this desk. #Omnidesk

love my new Omnidesk every day, so beautiful and easy to use - I initially was worried the wooden surface will be easy to be scratched, but it is actually very tough. Highly recommended!

Very happy with the purchase during their Black Friday sale. Took only 3 biz days to deliver. The guy who delivered the desk in Sydney region is super friendly and checked through every single box with me before signing off! Very patient and nice to chat with! Good built quality, easy to follow assemble instruction (both paper and YouTube), tool me around 2hrs which is ok for a first timer!

Long time Omnidesk owner, first time reviewer.

I've had my desk for over 2 years now purchased as I began working from home. Was able to handle assembly on my own but would reccomend 2 if only for moving it around.

The desk has been rock solid from the start, and even 2 years of daily use for work and gaming it's as good as the day I purchased it, so cannot fault the overall construction quality of the desk.

The main reason for my review is the recent addtion of a desk mount, which if you want to open up some bonus desk space gets the job done. I have the smallest size of desk and I think they reccomend a slightly larger version but it fits my setup well.

I did have to reach out to customer service on this order and spoke with Kassandra, who was polite, helpful and responsive when resolving my questions.

I hope I never have to replace this desk, so if you are on the fence and checking reviews, after 2 years of heavy daily use I'd say go for it, great desk, great support and a local company.

Omnidesk were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I purchased the desk pro and it arrived when advised with tracking all the way. The desk was easy to put together, and the size and functionality is great. Great quality, and my back is also very thankful!

I waited for two months to write the review and one word - 'FABALOUS'. I researched for 6 months before I narrowed down on this desk and it is worth every penny. Beautiful Acacia timber top, very strong & sturdy frame matched by an equally powerful motor. This desk is a beauty. Going by the build quality, I don't think I will every need to use the 7 Year warranty. Everyone that visits my place now wants to get one of this.
