Fresh, tasty and eclectic dishes with fantastic service in a nice, authentic atmosphere. A taste of Thailand with every dish and the spice and heat stands out from most Thai restaurants in the area. Highly recommended to eat in too, a lovely setting for a couple or group.

I recently visited a family-run Thai restaurant for Mother's Day and I have to say, the food was absolutely incredible! The restaurant is owned and operated by Thai people, which adds to the authenticity and overall experience.

To start, I ordered a Thai milk green tea which was simply delicious. It was creamy, sweet, and had just the right amount of tea flavor. The perfect way to start my meal.

Next up were the dishes, and let me tell you, my mouth was watering just looking at them! The pineapple fried rice was an explosion of flavors in my mouth - the combination of sweet pineapple, savory rice, and crunchy vegetables was simply divine. The massaman curry was rich and flavorful, with tender pieces of meat and a creamy, coconutty sauce. I couldn't resist ordering the beef salad, which was light and refreshing, with juicy pieces of beef and a tangy dressing that left me wanting more.

As for the noodles, both the pad see ewe and pad mer hokkien were outstanding. The noodles were perfectly cooked and had a great texture, while the sauces were well-balanced and packed with flavor. I found myself constantly going back for more.

The service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. The fact that the restaurant was easy to park at was a huge plus as well. All in all, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Thai dining experience. The food is beyond delicious - so much so that my saliva was literally watering - and the service is top-notch. Don't miss out on this gem of a restaurant! Five stars all the way.

It was an interesting restaurant that I will definitely add to my favourites and will try to visit again. I like the décor and the service. The food was great too.

The staff at Dingley Thai restaurant are very friendly and professional. The food is very tasty and of good quantity. Our daughter has a nut allergy and we advised the staff,they took utmost care to ensure the dishes were nut free. Definitely recommend the restaurant. We had a great time

There was a bit of a mixup with our group booking as 5/7 of our party thought it was booked for next Monday. Pat our host was very accommodating and we got a table for two. Food had such lovely flavours of lemon grass, coriander, coconuut and chille. Mum loved the Tom Yum Goong (Prawns) and I particularly enjoyed the Chu Chee Duck and the Konam desert. Overall, a lovely venue to dine in, good atmosphere and decor, with excellent service and a cheerful host. Looking forward to other occasions when we can dine here.

I have ordered food from this restaurant for a few years now, and it's always great. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Dingley Thai is a great Thai restaurant there lunch options are great lots of choices and they have 11$ lunch deals witch i had and they are great. Dingley Thai restaurant is a great Thai place recommend it

From the moment we stepped foot in the door, we were greeted with beautiful smiles and warmth. The staff were so friendly and pleasant, not to mention great with kids.
We ordered 3 or 4 entrees, soups and 2 mains. To be honest, between the entrees and soup alone, I was already feeling full. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious.
The chef, and owner Pat came out of the kitchen to check everything was okay, and stayed for a chat. Pat was lovely, and the fact she was seeking feedback about our experiences at Dingley Thai, proved that she cares and is always striving to provide the best experience for their customers.

1st time ordering from Dingly Thai Restaurant. I decided to opt for delivery. The food was delicious and arrived super hot! Very impressed with the quality of the food. Highly recommend the spring rolls, pad see ewe and green curry. My allergies were handled very well. No issies at all! Looking forward to trying more from the menu!

We ordered: Thai fried rice, chicken in cashew nut, pad Kee mao and Tom yum soup (and some jasmine tea on the side)

Food was delicious, didn’t have to wait long before we were feasting on the well presented dishes that were put before us. Good atmosphere with some light music playing in the background. Highly recommended.

Excellent chicken green curry!
Just enough spice, plenty of soft chicken and vegetables with loads of the beautify green curry “ sauce”

Exceptional Thai cuisine with friendly and helpful staff. It has been my favourite Thai restaurant for many years and never fails to deliver. A special recommendation for the vegan Pad Thai.

Update Feb 2023 - since my last review, I need to add that I generally eat there twice a month and always had delicious meals.

You wouldn't believe it as this place is in the middle of Dingley, but this Thai food is exceptional. Being in quarantine there isn't much to get in Dingley that is very close. But if you are after food that has deep well balanced flavours with just enough spice then this is it. The red curry and massaman curry are absolutely delish dishes.

Flavourful delish thai food. The customer service was great, nice clean atmosphere and food was a delight definitely one of the better restaurants I have been too and impressed for my first visit. Only got takeaway and tried two dishes and both were spot on. No complaint and happily go there again.

Wow. Easily my favourite Thai restaurant from today. Went here for dinner today. The massaman curry and play Sam rod was delicious. Staff were friendly and the food was all spot on. Will come back for sure 🙂

Because we were visiting from NSW, the area was not familiar to us. We wanted to take our hosts out, so they chose the Dingley Thai Restaurant. It was a good choice.

Had a Beautiful and tasty banquet. Too much to eat. Will definitely be back again. Thank you.
