Great spot to walk dogs off leash. Ample street parking on Royal Parade with dog/human drinking fountains, toilets and plenty of park benches to sit on and enjoy the ambience.

Grab some lunch at a nearby Cafe or Barkly Square and come down and chill by the lake or under a tree. Walk your dog or join a casual Saturday soccer game. See you there.

We had a picnic here for fathers day but our dog could have run into traffic etc as there are no fences so we kept her on the lead. Others were enjoying their dogs and vice versa, great place close to city

Great park, love bringing my dogs here BUT! I would not call it a off the leash dog park, given there’s not fences and Sydney Road has a ton of traffic. I think it shouldn’t be labeled or advertised as an off the leash park.
