Went to the store to request for a new arrangement and after decided to choose a prearranged bouquet. Owner is very patient, understanding and did not mind. Chose a box arrangement and requested for the wrapper to be changed to a different colour to match my daughter dress colour. Owner obliged happily and even offered different colour. Great service and reasonable price. My daughter is very pleased with the lovely flowers. Will definitely go back.

Lovely lady helped me wrap up my flowers. Super nice and sweet even sprayed my daffodils with glitter! Great convenient location and reasonably priced flowers. Will definitely be picking up more flowers. Great selection. Highly recommended for a pick me up while shopping at the Glen.

The colourful flowers do catch my attention when I shop around Woolworths supermarket and the Chinese grocers. This kiosk is directly across Woolworths, at the parameter of the atrium of The Glen Shopping Mall.

So far I have not bought any arrangement or birthday balloons from this store, as the needs have not risen. and therefore I can't comment on the service. I have spoken to the the service staff requesting permission to take photos of the flowers and other products. She kindly obliged.

As Valentine's Day is approaching. I wish the business owner / or operator a blooming business, pardon the pun!

Reasonable price

I bought the roses and after one day they dead half and after two days they almost dead

I bought flowers from Deep Blue yesterday and immediately trimmed and placed them in a vase. After one night they have grown mouldy, and the flowers are wilting. I was a regular customer here, but after this experience I would not recommend this place. Paid $25 for 3 flowers and the rest are already mouldy and dead. Not worth the money.

I bought my wife flower for Valentines day, it faded very quickly over night. Leaves was mouldy even though it's left in a vase. Shop keeper did not want to refund, instead offered to exchange, the condition of the new bunch is still not great. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY DON'T OFFER FRESH FLOWERS

Rudest customer service ever, and this is for the owner/boss in the head scarf. Worst attitude I’ve ever experienced and I’m not sure how she even has business. I came in with a few flowers of my own for my best friends graduation because she adores those flowers in particular, and I was going to buy one of their bouquets and have them mix my own flowers in, I was also happy to pay more. The owner immediately started yelling at us and telling us she doesn’t do business like that and this was a huge mistake. She was also talking on the phone half the time and the whole experience was so rude and unnecessary. She could’ve just said no sorry we don’t and let us go but the screaming and lecturing us about something we never had ill intent over was too much. I didn’t buy any other bouquets that day because none of them even looked good anyway and way too overpriced. Save your money elsewhere for fresh followers and better attitude.
