Great service as always. Knowledgeable staff who take time to ensure the shoes are the right one for you. I always buy my runners here as a result. I also love the fact that they take your old runners and give them a new life .

Extremely happy with my Active feet purchase. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The owner should be very proud of the customer service that the staff provide. The last time I made a purchase here was when we were in full lockdown and not allowed to shop in stores. They were also fabulous in that situation.

Went in there for a new pair of runners and Nick the sales assistant was excellent. He quickly diagnosed everything going on with my feet, and seemed to anticipate what I needed before I could even ask it.

Such great service, highly recommend going here to find shoes that you need - as making selections in bigger chain stores can be overwhelming at times. They made it so easy.

Love this shop. The range is excellent, but more's to the point the staff know their stuff. Young, articulate and very, very knowledgeable which they are able to share, offer options, etc. We've bought 3 pairs of shoes there now and highly recommend them. Actually, they were recommended to me too!

They successfully helped me to find comfortable running shoes based on my feet size and running style. The process takes about 10 minutes, from selecting the shoes to trying the shoe on treatment and checkout process. Please be prepared sometime during peak hours.

Always feel like I'm not just buying another pair of runners at Active Feet. Service is great and you feel cared for. Patience with people with orthotics is shown and I am very happy with my new runners.

I had the most amazing service at Active Feet yesterday. I came in with a list of shoes recommended by my podiatrist and with my orthotics looking for a new running shoe, and came out with a shoe that wasn’t on the recommendation list but was the most comfortable running shoe for me. We went through all the options and the salesperson was able to explain to me exactly why the shoe was the better fit for me and in particular that it accommodated my orthotics better than the others. Thanks very much. Will definitely be coming in for all my running needs.

The staff were really knowledgeable and helpful. They had a nice range, and great prices. Super professional as well, I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me anything I didn’t need, very honest.

The ultimate place to go to for shoes.

Initially when I entered the store, I was under the impression that the variety of shoes were not enough but while browsing, I noticed the choices they offered were nothing short of the best for runners. Tom assisted me in choosing the right brand to match my orthotics and although finding my size was a bit of an issue, I received nothing but the best customer service. Everyone who works there is professionally trained and has a sound knowledge of shoes so I highly recommend that you rock up and let the experts handle it from there. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Had James serve me for a pair of racing shoes. Cannot thank him enough, his knowledge and expertise of the racing shoes was unbelievable. He was super friendly and even walked me out of the store. Would highly recommend coming to active feet to get a pair of shoes that are properly fitted. No where else has this type of service. FANTASTIC!!!!!

Amazing service from expert staff. Sean knew so much and tried heaps of different shoes with me. Felt very welcome in the shop, even as an inexperienced runner. When it was time to buy I was surprised how inexpensive the shoes were. Will definitely come back here.

Today I recieved a call from Damien from active feet who was fantastic. Although there was a blip as mentioned below, Active feet went out of their way to make sure I was happy and had the shoes that I needed with the faulty ones returned. Am very happy and would recommend and purchase there again.

Had a great in store experience but the shoes I was prescribed have last 3 months. I have tried to contact the store via multiple email addresses on the website and got absolutely NOTHING back. Terrible service. Paid $300 for shoes that didn’t last, what a rip
