Amazing authentic Cantonese food. Hard to find dishes at reasonable prices. We didn't get the snow crab as it was huge min 3lb
Must pre order the winter melon soup and pipa duck. Pipis were also good. Worth a visit and book ahead. Will have to come back to try crocodile meat and the beef shabu shabu hotpot I saw other tables having.

Food was delicious! Highly recommend the Olive Vegetable Minced Meat Tofu, super yummy 😋, and you don’t get this dish elsewhere. PIPA roast duck (preorder) was tasty with crispy skin. Other dishes we ordered were also impressive. Will definitely come back!

This place was completely packed on a Saturday evening at 5.30pm, so I definitely suggest making a reservation before going. Take note that some items are pre-order only.

Delicious food, everything was great. We pre-ordered the pipa roast duck and winter melon soup which were amazing. Portion sizes are substantial. Quite a large menu with a good mix of unique/intriguing and classics.

Chopstick Delight is one of those mythical, suburban restaurants that unless someone brought you there, you wouldn't think to visit it. From the outside, it looks a bit run down and forgotten. Don't judge this book by its cover! Chopstick Delight is a family run restaurant that's fully booked many nights in the week by loyal customers who wish this place a secret. Serving Cantonese fare, you have to pre-book their Pipa Duck, which is some of the best in Melbourne: glazed and roasted to perfection, served on a huge plate. There's freshly steamed coral trout, stir fried and various other dishes. I could go on but consider this your tip off: if you like Canton food, you want eat here!

$116.7 for 2 bowls of soups and the other 3 dishes, satisfying.

Have been there for many times even though my place is far away from the restaurant. Love the duck so much! Truly authentic Chinese cuisine!

Absolutely amazing food, what a hidden gem! We had the duck, melon soup, homemade tofu with olive leaf and mince chicken, quail and char kwau tao, steamed chicken with veggies and everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

1) the place is small - can facilitate for a few large families at a time

The food is so tasty, pre-booked Pipa roast duck & winter melon soup are the must order meals. It’s really busy place on Friday night, better book a table in advance. Will definitely go back.

Had take away from this place a few times and can highly recommend. Their food was delicious. Definitely the best fried rice I’ve had in the area!

Chopstick is a place of great food with consistency. Their food has always been amazing. The chilly sauce is just a perfect add on to the food and they provide a great tea as a complementary. You also get to choose a free soft drink during lunch. They have a wide variety of menu to cater for everybody's taste buds and their hospitality is equally amazing. A must visit place!!

Quick and tasty lunch specials as usual. Back again after a while and everything is as good as always with quick friendly service. The restaurant has just reopened after being renovated. Lunch specials include free tea and a can of soft drink. My favourites are the Singapore noodles and the Red Curry beef. But today soup with a really tasty broth as it's cold outside

I live close by and this restaurant is the best Chinese around Mulgrave.. always busy..live the food..so much to choose from..this update is after two years..

We had the half Peking duck and soup, and they were all delish! It was only 2 of us, but the portion could easily feed 4 people.

The food here is fantastic and typically mostly patronised by people of Chinese extraction which usually indicates excellent quality. Don’t be deceived by the looks outside. The food inside is awesome.

The butterflied whole roasted duck is amazing!! Five spice and brined, it has been seasoned with traditional Cantonese flavours and the skin has been crisp to perfection. Pre order 2 days in advance!

Our Monash Gardens Retirement Village decided to have Chinese food for our 10 March 2023 Happy Hour. We ordered 26 meals, all with special fried rice, which were ready on time as promised. They were hot and everyone agreed were very tasty and enjoyable.
We will do this again later this year.

This restaurant is located in Mulgrave, in one of the suburbs in Melbourne, not far from Dandenong. From the outside, it looks simple, and ordinary. But once inside, the space is bigger and there are lots of people and tables. For a Chinese restaurant, it had lots of Asian people, which is a good sign. I always look at who is eating and what they are eating when I go to a restaurant eg are there many Japanese in a Japanese restaurant, how many Italians (or who I can hear speaking Italian) in an Italian restaurant, say in Lygon Street Carlton. We had tom yum soup, braised fish, ma po tofu, seasonal vegetables, stir fried mushrooms, sweet and sour pork, eye fillet steak with black pepper sauce, seafood with beancurd and of course served with rice. The food came within a reasonable time, was hot and tasted good. Service was also good and staff, although busy, were attentive and responded to our requests quickly, such as refilling of tea pots with hot water, etc. When we finished our meal, we did not feel pressured to leave (like some other restaurants). Overall, good food coupled with pleasant surrounds, making for a good night out with family and friends. Happy to recommend it and come back.
