Steve recently made my engagement ring and our wedding bands. His work speaks for itself in that everything he made has been perfect and exactly what we wanted. He was able to bring our ideas to life perfectly. Working with him was extremely easy and stress free. Would recommend him to everyone!

My fiancé completely shocked me by asking me to marry him. What naturally came next was designing the ring. It was his decision that we design something together and something I would be truely happy with. He had done the leg work, researched and found Steve. Then there was Steve…..and his family. From the moment you walk into his beautiful showroom you are greeted with such warmth and immediately feel part of the family. Steve’s knowledge and expertise is phenomenal and you can see straight away the true passion he has for his craft. I had no idea what I wanted, no idea about diamonds and no idea what I was doing. Going in to design a ring I felt pressure and overwhelmed, yet in a few simple questions, I had a ring designed and felt so confident in what I had chosen. Every question asked was met with such extensive knowledge from Steve and he explains everything in a way that is simple and you can understand. He ensures that you truely understand what you are buying, what the different cuts and clarity’s are on a diamond and you feel as though you are given the right tool kit from Steve to make the best informed decision on what you are designing/purchasing. Steve is incredibly accessible through the entire design process and is available to answer any questions or concerns no matter how big or small and is very patient and caring.

Steve is able to accomodate and work within your budget range to deliver a piece you will be truely happy with. We found his prices to be very reasonable and affordable for the quality and craftsmanship you receive. Today was the day we picked up my engagement ring and it absolutely exceeded anything I could have ever imagined. It is simply stunning. This business oozes such love, passion, attention to detail, warmth and kindness. We seen and felt the happiness and sincerity from Steve, his mum and dad when I finally had my ring on my finger.

After finding Steve and his family, I would never go to another jeweller to purchase. Becoming engaged is an experience and an emotional journey and the design process equally so when you have the privilege to work with Steve.

Our experience with GN Designer Jewellers was extraordinary! We bought my engagement ring + our both wedding ring and we are so happy!!!
Steve received us very well, spent some time explaining the details of the rings, being patient with our doubts, etc. He totally understood what I wanted, which was a mix of 3 or 4 different rings ha ha ha and designed exclusively for me.
When we got the rings, it was just perfect, exactly how we wanted and imagined.

Ordered a name ring with kids names, for the kids to give to my wife, for Mother's Day.

As most things we left it till 8 days before mothers day to order. I had zero expectations that it would be ready on time given the last minute order.

Steve orgiased the 3D CAD video and said he was confident we could pickup on mother's day.

Unexpectedly, as promised pickup was on mother's Day. Plus on pickup I found he took time out of his mother's Day to open just for us.

Steve's communication was great. Price was great and
Quality was amazing.

Most importantly mum was SUPER happy.

Steve provides a wonderful jewellery service. He painlessly and easily removed my wedding and engagement rings when my pregnant hands got too swollen, and then cleaned, resized & replated them beautifully months later. A lovely guy, reasonable prices and quick friendly service.

Nick was extremely helpful and provided a great customer service! He assisted me with a custom design, was transparent with all details including cost breakdown and design specifics. My fiancée absolutely loves her engagement ring, and we will definitely return for our wedding bands!

A less than three week turnaround on a bespoke bracelet for my wife’s 40th.
From a emailed, pencil-drawn sketch and one phone call Steve hit the brief perfectly.
Stunning packaging and even a box of choccies for my wife when he found out it was for her birthday.

We can't recommend Steve and the team @ GN Jewellers enough. Steve's attention to detail and his personal nature make the whole experience so seamless, nothing is too much. They are now our one stop shop for all things jewellery (having already purchased several customised pieces) and more to come. We have recommended them to our friends already and their experiences have been the same.
Only issue is that my wife looks at her stunning rings more than she looks at me!

Highly recommended!! I got a pair of silver earrings fixed here. I had taken them to another store before and I was told nothing could be done. They were repaired and polished, you can hardly notice which one was broken. They look like brand new. They were all super friendly. They make you feel that no job is small. These earrings were very important for me and I was hopeless. Thank you so much! All the best for the future!

The guys at gn are fantastic! Cannot recommend Steve and co more highly. The process of buying my wife's engagement and wedding ring were thoroughly enjoyable and the end result is fantastic. Couldn't be happier with my ring as well. I was after something different that they hadn't done before and they were very accommodating to try and get it done (which they did). Not only is there help and product amazing but what I am amazed at the most is their aftercare. They really do care about their product and are always willing to clean the rings at a moment's notice. Cannot recommend highly enough! I will be back in future for any jewellery needs. I won't bother going anywhere else.
