Food was all right, but the order was not delivered and UberEats refunded me. But the food that was delivered was 100% well above average. I’m surprised to see all the 1-star reviews from users who have not left any reviews except for destroying this business. Something tells me it doesn’t make sense. Sometimes a rival business sends a lot of users to defame their competition. For one, the packaging was superb and top-notch, very clean as well. Don’t trust the 1-star reviews, they’re obnoxiously biased.

Ordered on uber and this was absolutely disgusting. It was overcooked meat and extremely dry, also ICED cold. I wish I read the reviews because I wouldn't have bought it. In all honesty, the cooking and preparation is as though someone cooked it who has no experience in making food before, like they just moved out if their parents house and are cooling for the very first time. That's how bad it is, and this is no exaggeration. I could not believe they're even in business.

If u see this comment. Cancel ur order now before its too late.

I ordered the ribs & wings from Uber eats and it was a hour later than predicted, it arrived cold and raw. Save yourself the stress and DO NOT order from this pile of trash.

Delivery guy followed me to my room. Placed his hand in my door so I couldn’t close it. Used my keys to poke his hand so he could remove his hand. Safety issues with this guy. Additionally, order took over an hour

Wanted some ribs for dinner before work. Ordered via Uber Eats which was accepted and then cancelled after 10 minutes. Ordered another item which was accepted and then cancelled again after 10 minutes. What is the point of doing Uber Eats if you don't provide for the customers? May as well remove your restaurant from the app if you are going to waste everyone's time.

Absolute joke. Ordered something simple as ribs at 20:10 and no delivery by 22:00. 2 drivers could not find the restaurant. The 4th driver got told he had to wait another 20mins so I cancelled my order. Be better FFS!!

Avoid at all costs. Ordered ribs and wings. Ribs were cold and chewy, impossible to eat off the bone. Sauce was nice, meat was terrible. Chicken wings I wouldn’t have fed them to a dog, seems as though they were microwaved. This place should be out of business soon.

I don’t like to post negative reviews as I’ve got a lot of friends in hospitality and it’s a brutal business, customers have too much power and lip online complaining about pointless things like how salty their chips are…

…but, HOLY HELL this place is trash.

Got the halloumi & crumbed eggplant burger that looks amazing on their website / delivery partners app but it was anything but… Stale bread that was frozen to try and save a few days on it, thawed out and still cold - and wet. And not to mention FA ingredients inside. 1 finger sized piece of halloumi, and a small bit of eggplant that was wrapped in a shrivelled bit of spinach that must have also been wet. Their pics show a beautiful stacked $22 burger, what we received went straight into the bin after a bite.

Absolutely disappointed… food quality has gone down hugely since the first time I’ve ordered from here.

Ribs weren’t tender and burger was badly burnt and just slapped together with no care.
