Mountfords Shoes

Have been coming to this store for a few years, purchasing shoes for myself as well as my mum and dad. They have a great selection of comfy shoes, and the staff are always very helpful. The very lovely and friendly Wendy goes above and beyond in helping mum and dad select the correct pair of shoes, and makes the whole experience very pleasant. Thank you Wendy, you are the best!!

What an excellent experience we had today at Mountfords. Thank you so much Chill for all your help. Nothing was too much effort to find exactly what we wanted for a special occasion. We really enjoyed this shoe shopping experience and will return.

Came in about a month ago and wasn't planning to buy anything but found a bargain! It seems I was visiting during a sale period and the floor was busy with multiple customers browsing, trialling shoes and making purchases. While I did have to wait a little, everyone I interacted with was patient and helpful. Sad that there are no Mountfords in my area but I will definitely consider returning! There was a great range of shoes on offer and I had a wonderful in-store experience :)

This shop has excellent customer service. In store they were really friendly and helpful. When I got home (Perth) I noticed I was missing a buckle. The Melbourne store went above and beyond and sent me a buckle in the mail. I can't recommend the store highly enough, as they really go all out to give great customer service.

My favourite shoe shop. A wide range of quality brands carried that are on sale several times per year. Grab a bargain. Staff are helpful. Online membership keeps you up to date. Latest purchase in photo.

Wendy from Bourke Street store is amazing and very helpful. She’s knowledgeable, knows the shoes, and helped me retrieve my receipt so that I can return the shoes of the wrong sizes. Good job Wendy! Mountford is lucky to have you!

A very enjoyable shopping experience at Mountfords 205 Bourke Street! This was due to the fabulous Annabel B's kind assistance in helping me choose some sandals. Friendly staff and excellent customer service. Bought two pairs of Lloyds shoes here and two days later they were discounted further. They refunded me the difference no questions asked. I'll definitely be back.

I really liked this store. I went online to find some geox shoes. I saw the online store. Bring on Melbourne I went down to one of the stores. They didn't have my size but they were so helpful. They shipped the shoes for me directly to my place. Also went to another store and the staff were amazingly helpful there too.
