The best decision I made was choosing Dr Renee Wong for my twin pregnancy. She is everything you want in your doctor. She genuinely cares, has a great sense of humour, extremely knowledgeable, an excellent doctor, patient, has a great energy and the best bed side manner. You couldn’t have a better Obstetrician and midwife Elizabeth is lovely.

I feel so grateful to have been under the care of Dr Pip Costley and the team to have my first child. Pip and Renee were fantastic - thank you both for everything and bringing my son into the world safely!

Dr Renee Wong has been our obstetrician for our two kids and is an extremely capable and caring doctor. Renee has always been very thorough with her examination and is prompt with follow ups and results. We always felt very looked after and would highly recommend Dr Wong and the team at Womens Obstetric and Gynaecology Specialists.

We had the pleasure of our first baby delivered by Dr Renee. Throughout the pregnancy consultations until the day we were discharged, everything was very professional and accommodating. We have all the good things to say about this journey, and we are very thankful to Dr Renee, all the midwives and the entire OOGS team that helped us throughout this wonderful journey. Thank you for everything.

Dr. Jenny Dowd was our obstetrician for my first baby, she was so caring and calm. She was always so patient and answered all our questions. The most important thing is during the labour, she was there and managed my delivery so smoothly as I had to go to an emergency c-section. I'm so happy that she offered the c-section and not pushed me to go to natural delivery as I heard some horror stories from ladies who had similar situation to mine and were not given the option of c-section :( Thanks Dr. Jenny for being very considerate and for providing us with the best care we can ever have.

We wanted our second child to be born at Frances Perry and for that reason, we had to elect an obstetrician. After asking some doctor friends of ours who they trusted with their own kids, WOGS constantly came up. Of the five OBs, we selected Dr Renee Wong to be our main OB.

Over the course of the pregnancy, all of them will see you at least once. The main OB will monitor you for the majority of the period. What impressed us was the level of detail and care WOGS put into our case. For example, they were able to find past patient files accessible through the Women's that informed the approach they would take in managing the pregnancy the second time around.

These doctors are experts of managing chaos. Despite this, they will go above and beyond to make sure that you get the care that you need. We were fortunate enough that Dr Wong stayed back to personally birth our child, knowing of some complications we had with our first. She was the difference that gave us that peace of mind.

We chose the WOGS for the the birth of our first child. We had the pleasure of having Jenny Dowd as our obstetrician. She was professional, knowledgeable, kind and she always put our worries at ease. All of the other WOGS obstetricians were excellent and overall we don't think we could have had a better experience than what we had. A huge thank you to Jenny and team.

I highly recommend Women's Obstetric and Gynaecology Service, especially Dr Renee Wong. Not only is Renee brilliant medically but she is kind and patient and above all else made me feel safe every step of the way, as a first time mum I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I thought going private would eliminate wait times for appointments which it did not. On multiple occasions I waited over 20min to be seen. Appointments would then run for 10min. The communte and wait was not worth the face to face time.

When having my baby the OB on call only would come in for checks and missed that my baby was prosteria which ended in my labouring for 15 hours to end up in emergency c-section which had complications whilst operating on this none communicated what was happening i needed to keep asking .

My wound then got infecting so I took myself back to hospital be told wasn't infected and sent home, once swap results came back showed it was. So I could have been treated earlier .

You also developed a birth preference plan which appears no one even looks at when you show up for delivery!

Overall for what I paid and service I received didn't feel was equal. Dont think I would return and if u did would pick a different doctor ! In addition I had to go back in to see my ob for the wound waited 40min to just be seen by a midwife.

I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone. I had traumatic experiences in postnatal ward. They also fed baby formula against my consent. The OB sent her midwife to visit me on discharge day. Instead of addressing my concerns, she chose to disregard them and even offered an insensitive "solution" – a one-night stay at Grand Hyatt.
