My visit to Peter Jackson Elizabeth St. was an absolute delight. Upon entering, my partner and I were greeted by the welcoming and attentive staff. The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly Harry, who assisted us in our quest for the perfect suit. His in-depth knowledge and expertise about the products demonstrated a genuine passion for his work. We were particularly appreciative of the time Harry took to help us, spending over an hour ensuring our needs were met. The quality of service provided by Harry justified every penny of the over $2,000 we spent. He effectively sorted out my entire business attire, making the whole process hassle-free. His commitment and dedication to customer service are commendable.

We originally went to the emporium store and to say there is a magnificent difference in quality of service at the elizabeth st location is an understatement.
Paul and Harry gave us the ultimate customer experience (coming from a previous menswear/suit store manager) and made us feel comfortable and welcome, he even walked us and introduced us to the alterations business!

Fantastic experience with Bianca, she helped me pick out two new suits measured up and adjusted - they fit great! I recently moved down from Sydney and she kindly wrote a list of Melbourne restaurant recommendations. A+ service!

Bianca was fantastic. Very patient, offered opinion when I asked and the suit is great. She even stuck around 20mins after closing time so I could pick up my altered suit before an event that night.
