StayCentral - Melbourne Central (Melbourne CBD)

Stayed for 6 nights in sept/oct. Best location in Melbourne with easy access to malls, foods and transport. Apartment is clean and lovely. Will recommend for a small family of 4 over staying in hotels with the extra space, comfort and privacy. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment.

We recently stayed in the apartment in Southbank. What a great location for ease of access to everything like shopping, CBD and sporting arenas, and all within walking distance! Close to other transport such as trams and bike hire. With a supermarket close by you can even choose to make a cheese platter and enjoy the views from the rooftop deck! We loved it and really enjoyed our stay. Dealing with the team was easy and would recommend this apartment to my friends visit Melbourne in future! Thanks :-)

The flat is located in China town and is convenient for pretty much everything in central Melbourne. 5 minutes walk maximum from the tram network. The apartment is nicely decorated and kitted out to a good standard. Free Wi-Fi with a decent speed. You have the use of the roof top swimming pool which is heated and gives a great view of the skyscrapers whilst having a swim!
The whole process is managed by Stay Central and Douglas who does the meet and greet looks after you very well.
Thoroughly recommended, much better than staying in a hotel for medium to long stays.

Spent 1 full week in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 21st floor, with 2 adults and 2 kids aged 9 and 13. Very clean and quiet and spacious. Had everything you needed (including games, DVD's and even umbrella's - which I thought was an awesome thought and considerate).
The location was amazing right outside the shopping centre and heart of CDB. Trams where approx 3 minutes away.
Got lost on arrival and the gentleman that met us was very patient and helpful.
The pool on the top floor is great and the kids loved it. We had it too ourselves on most occassions (maybe lucky? It was during school holidays)
The beds and pillows were so comfortale and soft (my husband wasn't a fan, but the kids and O loved it).
Heating was so efficient and warm that we even had to turn it down during winter!
I found it a perfect family getway and would happily book with them again.
The only negatives were the shower water pressure wasn't very hard (but still did the job!) and that only one elevator was working at the time out of 3 but understand that maintenance has to be done. It was only an inconvenience for an extra minute or so.
I highly recommend it.

Staying 7 nights and the location is very central. Instruction for check-in was very clear and easy check-in. 2 bedrooms apartment is very spacious. Great to have car park available. I would definitely stay here again

We stayed in Staycentral CBD vistas apartment together with our pets approx. 20 days. The apartment was spacious and equipped with all required for a long or shorter stay.

The location is amazing. Minutes walk from the several theatres, amazing restaurants, QV shopping mall and main Melbourne shopping streets. Great spot from which you can discover Melbourne.

Brilliant position, space and views. The apartment felt homely and added warmth with the new dark grey carpet. Close to everything the CBD has to offer and we parked our car in their onsite carpark and walked everywhere including ACMI and Lygon Street. The bonus of a shopping centre (with supermarket) downstairs was the cherry on the top!

I have stayed in several of the many Staycentral apartments over the years now, and they never cease to amaze me. The Lonsdale St apartment is just fabulous. It is so nicely styled and the location is just fantastic. It is on the doorstep of Chinatown and all the great restaurants there, and two minutes from all the shops and cafes that I just love about Melbourne. And their manager Chris always looks after us so well. Don't even look elsewhere.

This is a great location. Perfect for anyone needing a central place to stay while there conducting business, or for anyone visiting the city who's wanting a fabulous centrally located apartment. It's well-appointed and very clean (and even has a roof-top pool!!). Chris and the team handling the property are very prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this apartment.

The Nest is a great place to stay. Everything you could want is in the apartment, and also things you didn't think you would need. It is in the centre of Melbourne just a short stroll to Trains, Trams, and our favourite Victoria Markets. China Town is at the back door, and you can actually walk to any where you need to go. Loved our stay at The Nest, and looking forward to staying again.

As a frequent international visitor to Melbourne I've come to rely on the apartments at both Southbank and Lonsdale Street. These are very comfortable, very well equipped and in great locations. What is very important to me is efficiency and reliability . In all visits communication from Staycentral has been excellent enabling easy and welcoming arrivals even when dealing with delayed and unpredictable flight schedules.

I recently stayed with my wife and two children for a period of 5 months in the Melbourne CBC apartment. The apartment itself has all that we needed for our long stay. We valued the possibility to split beds and have a cot, high chair, a big enough fridge, and good kitchen and bathroom facilities. Even the selection of toys, books, and films was good. The apartment has excellent views, plenty light, nice decoration and includes internet wifi access, parking for one car and access to common swimming pool and gym at the roof top. Its location in CBC cannot be any better, within 200 metres to big supermarkets, dozens of great restaurants, childcare and medical facilities, state library, chinese district, shopping areas in Collins str., Bourke str., Carlton gardens, Melbourne Museum and Melbourne Central Station. Initial booking and booking renewal was easy and without problems. Chris and his team made a great job. The only not so good aspect was the regular weekly cleaning service included and delivered by a separate company. While it was possible to set a day of the week, we could not fix the time, so the cleaning team would appear anytime between 10h00 and 16h00 without previous notice to do a 45 minutes clean-up. In many cases not even that was respected and cleaning service either did not show up the expected day or came pretty early 9h00. In practice this meant for us once a week we all had to leave the appartment for most of the day. I guess this may not be much of an issue if you are staying for just a few days and enjoy the city, but it becomes a nuisance for a longer stays with children. That did not work well, and needs improvements, but I also understand the difficulties Staycentral had to get this done differently. Overall excellent stay and highly recommended.

We stayed at the Rosanna mansion recently with a Family of 9 adults and 1 infant. This house was perfect, enough bathrooms, great bedrooms and lovely outdoor area for us to enjoy without getting under each others feet. Kitchen was well stocked with Coffee and pantry staples. IGA and shops within Walking distance. Pls note the Railway station nearby is temporary closed and buses connect to other stations. The manager went out of his way to accommodate our baby and make sure everything was set for our stay. Bond was returned promptly All in all a great stay and we would rent this house again, if staying in the area .

Fabulous house with very tastefully decorated art works and furniture . Flinders street station is just stone throw away and is in the middle of Melbourne CBD ,close to all of its actions . Safe and nice neighbourhood . House itself is a s shown in pictures spacious with all appliances, cooking vessels ,cutlery ,free internet etc which is all one needs for a comfortable stay. Chris was very accommodative even when our flight was delayed by 4 hours to help us with check in.

We stayed with StayCentral at their apartment called "Melbourne Central" earlier this year and absolutely loved the apartment, the service and it was exactly as they say - a home away from home. Location was as central as can only be and everything was nearby. StayCentral even offered us a returning guest discount so we will definitely book with them again next time. Thank you guys! My wife and I recently stayed for 3 night and it was perfect...our host met us at the correct time...the brief was perfect...and then we settled in. The car park was great and the positioning of the unit was perfect..as we were attending a arts center downstairs...we will use these guys again and again.
Terrific...

The Nest is just perefct for a couple +/- a child. The Location is great in the middle of the CBD Close to everything and the appartment is very quiet as it is located on the 14th floor. You have everything you need to cook, (even a dishwasher), free Wifi, TV, landline telephone and even an amazing Pool at the 16th floor. I can definetly recommend the Nest.

Great experience with the 7 Bedroom Mansion in Rosanna. A great solution for a large family gathering, which was enjoyed by all. StayCentral were very helpful with organising check in and check out. Highly recommended

Recently stayed in Little Paris CBD by StayCentral. This is an amazing apartment right in the heart of Melbourne CBD. It is so close to Flinders Street Station, and there's free trams all around the CBD. The apartment has a Parisian feeling to it (gotta try it to know it!). Highly recommended!

Great price!! Great Location!!…Friendly stuff!!.I had a great time in Melbourne and the serviced apartments we stayed at were in such a great location, plenty of shops, cafes and things to see and do…I will definitely stay again!
