Just wanted to say thank you to Francis the manager at Emporium Ralph Lauren. Initially, I purchased a Ralph Lauren coat from David Jones and faced a disappointing situation when a staff member refused to assist me with packaging using the boxes displayed. However, when I visited the Emporium Ralph Lauren store today ,Francis, the store manager, provided exceptional service by promptly rewrapping my product and offering boxes from the display, even though I didn't make the purchase at that store. I truly appreciate his outstanding assistance.

The best experience ever today at Ralph Lauren store in DFO south wharf!! Richmond was an absolute angel. I needed to purchase two bags and Richmond kept checking the store stock to ensure I had the newest piece with every thing intact. Amazing customer service.

Thank you Grace, excellent customer service walked me through the different sorts of shirts, was very accomodating when I wanted to try on different colours of the shirt. Ended up purchasing a shirt that I wouldn’t have originally known I was the correct size for. Thank you Grace for being so nice, would recommend to family and friends because of how nice Grace was.

I recently purchased a limited addition jacket recently from the polo shop and I had it for bout 3 weeks or so and one day on the sleeve I had like some colour changed and realized around the neck could only be The aftershave That I used which has chemical I took it to the dry cleaners paid $23 and he said it was chemical damage most likely won’t do anything I said ok we try got it back he said no good ok.i took the jacket to the shop the asian lady in there said hang I will speak to manager/s etc on the phone she came back good new I had a choice to get a store credit but I choose the same jacket but they only had medium as I’m a small size I accepted then that was ok I left and thought I will check Myers polo and I took a photo of the damage went there they had the same jacket same price $499 and I said to him and showed him the photos of the damage and the story and I said I think it can only be aftershave that’s I bought recently etc that could have cause it he said weird and b4 I bought the jacket I said what’s your policy’s? He said if anything like this happens we will give u a full refund or a 4 year credit to Myers store I said ok I bought the jacket as they had my size small I went back to the emporium polo store walked in the asian came right up to me and said I was bout to call u there was a mistake b4 I knew the other lady came over and there whisking my jacket away back on to the rack and giving me the old one back and saying sorry there was a mistake there’s nothing we can do and I was in shock as I came back to give the jacket that she replaced for the damaged jacket to get a store credit.then the other lady was telling me oh we don’t sell clothes etc in this condition this and that babbling on and making out like nothing can be faulty ok no worry’s not sure what world she lives In and also cut me off after I let her have her say then I got really wound up but still calm and said never cut me off when I’m trying to have my say thank u that older lady sorry as I don’t know her name or anyone’s nor care but she needs a lesson on manners and how to communicate with people no People skills what so ever,so I said to the asian lady who is the manager and when is she in she said tonroew 10/12 am I said ok u will be there and she said she will be there to I said ok.then next day came with the jacket lady manager don’t know her name she was ok with me and said how it was but never gave me an answer as to who exactly made the decision and told the asian lady that it was her mistake or was it wrong or misscommunication on either or both sides but considering this jackets a $500 piec or clothing not some $25 thing from target u have a higher level of exspectation bout the service so the conversation went on and at the end she wasn’t gonna do anything to compensate not just the jacket damage but now more importantly getting a new jacket and getting it taken off me :( if I haven’t come back into the store or they didn’t have a small at Myers the asian lady would have rang me to come back and give it back and no bloody way would I simple as that can’t have 2 sets of rules etc,so the end result was the manager giving me sad eyes but more like ok can u finish talking so u can go now cause I’m not gonna compensate anything I was more at the end upset bout the treatment and stuff around way more than the faulty product so really the store has more of a priority and principal on losing a new customer in me who was gonna be a regular shopper there as they had a wider variety than the Myers store to just more think bout getting there $500 jacket back and me never coming back again how bloody stupid is that absolutely not how u run a show or run a business totally disgusting have to say the only positive was the lady with the lovely hair like frizzy abit with a white jacket I remember when I bought the jacket the first time had the best smile and customer service pity certain others that I mentioned would follow in her footsteps. Thanks Myers polo better service better policy’s and better attitudes.

Excellent customer service. By far my favourite store on Collins Street, absolutely beautiful decor. The ultimate in luxury clothing accompanied with friendly, knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond, looking after loyal customers. Strongly recommend all astute fashion lovers to walk in and take a look.
