Docklands Private Collection

This time we visited Melbourne with friends. We booked docklands private collection. In addition to the warm rooms and convenient location (the free tram stop is right in front of the hotel), the service was beyond our expectations. Every hotel staff was kind and courteous, and we were able to help when we unexpectedly needed help.They were obliged to help us solve the problem immediately. This hotel added many wonderful memories to our trip to Melbourne. Thank you to all the staff!

We got a very clean and spacious 1 bed unit. The staffs were very kind. I would book again with them. Thanks for making my 5 night stay in Melbourne very cozy.

Our stay here has been wonderful, particularly enjoying the stunning harbor views. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

messages keeping us updated on the room availability so we could access it before 2pm. Nothing was too hard. We where exhibitors at the Docklands boat show and had plenty to organize with out worrying about accommodation. we will be back

I had a wonderful experience while staying here. I stayed in a one bedroom marina view apartment with French Windows overlooking the NewQuay marina and the view at night was truly magnificent. Staff service was great. Would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment with a harbour view! Our family stayed at the two bedroom marina view apartment. The area is outside of the city centre so never been crowded. We could relax and walk around the harbour. It is still in the free tram zone so you can go to the city centre easily. Fully equiped kitchen.

I just have to say, the staff at Docklands Private Collection in Melbourne were absolutely amazing! These ladies were incredibly lovely, friendly, and supportive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. I'd give them a solid 1000/10 rating! The property itself had the most incredible view, and the location was so convenient with easy access to public transport and the CBD. I'm already planning my next visit because I loved it so much!

The communication leading into our stay was excellent, making it very easy to obtain the room keys and understand parking location and building access.
The apartment was fantastic and catered so well for a family of 5, with all the relevant amenities. The location was excellent and made it easy to access the city via public transport.
We will stay again next time we come to Melbourne.

Our second stay was just as good as the first. Beautiful decor, excellent shower and bath, wonderful staff and checkin process is amazingly easy. Views lovely and prime positioning. Huge big TV, amazingly comfy couch and the biggest coolest fridge ever. Tram stop right at the door, harbour Town just a few minutes away and security is top notch. We love the pool too.

Wendy was superb. Very accommodating. Extremely helpful. Booked 3 apartments and everyone was so happy.

Was a really great place to stay as it was cooler to the trams and a quick trip to the CBD. The rooms were spacious, clean and the water view was really nice.

We stayed at the two bedroom apartment with Marina view. Also included a car park. Nice clean comfortable apartments as advertise. The location was just perfect. This is our second visit and won't be the last.

When I travel I look for a few things in a hotel, and this place hit all the marks. Room was clean, building was secure, bed was comfortable, shower was great and easy to understand, nice views,located next to tram stop. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful during check in as was the very sweet dog in residence. A great experience.

My daughter and I stayed in a one bedroom apartment.
The location is fabulous. The tram is at the door. Can walk to restaurants and ships near by.
The apartment had a Dishwasher, full size fridge, washing machine and dryer.
The kitchen was well equipped, the one thing it was missing though was a frypan. I did go and buy one.

We just loved our stay here and I hope to come back soon.

Amazingly beautiful view. The apartment was clean, spacious and modern. The bathrooms were lovely and clean as were the bedrooms, all with a most spectacular view over Melbourne. The living area and kitchen areas were more than adequate and tastefully decorated. It also was only a two minute walk to the Tram stop and lots of well priced restaurants on the dock. We had a lovely three day stay. We would highly recommend these apartments.

Stayed here in July 2022 for what was meant to be 2 weeks on holiday. Unfortunately we caught COVID-19 when out and about in Melbourne; and needed to extend our stay at short notice. They were fantastic and did an extension for us, working with us to create an invoice for our insurance etc. They also helped with getting food and beverages to us while we were in isolation. When you're on holiday you don't want to be stuck in isolation but the staff at Docklands made it so much easier! Thank you again for the wonderful service!

The apartment is truly like a home away from home. It is designed as a condominium and furnished like one. Very comfortable and you won't feel like you're staying in a hotel or serviced apartment at all. Every household and kitchen appliance you can think of is provided including vacuum cleaner, fan for each room to pots and pans. The view of the marina and city was unbeatable. Imagine waking up every morning to yachts at your balcony. There are many restaurants like The Berth (highly recommended) within 2 minutes walk that serve fantastic quality food. Within walking distance also are Coles, IGA and Cellabrations which are all well-stocked. Peter, Liz and Lynn were all very kind and willing to help. The service you get is very warm and personal (more like a B&B). Especially appreciate Peter for finding an alternative apartment for us to check-in earlier as we had several luggages which were too many to drag from their office to the apartment building. In summary, a dream stay, fabulous views and great service.

This was one of the best experience I ever had. Everything from booking till checkout was smooth. They allowed me to continue staying in the same room my wife booked a week ago when I booked it and cleaned the apartment before I started my stay. They allowed us to keep our bags in the office until we started to our next destination. They even booked a cab for us and helped with our bags. Services apart the 2 receptionists were 2 of the best people I have ever met in my life. Thanks a lot team. They have small kitchen with fridge, laundry facility, separate bedroom, nice bathroom and a nice view.

Loved the view bed was comfortable parked the car left it all weekend in parking as the tram stop right out front so caught the free city circle tram restaurants close by and the lady in the office was super helpful and lovely. We stayed in The Condor Docklands level 18. We will be back. Highly recommend and great value for money.

We, 4 adults and 2 kids, stayed here for 4 nights. We all love this apartment. The receptionists were super nice. The location is convenient, which is in tram-free zone. We took free train to many places. The unit we lived has beautiful water view and city view . The living room and kitchen are spacious.
