In city for lunch but walking past and thought I need new shoes for gym so called in and served by Andrew who was very helpful. Had 3D measurement of feet taken and ended up buying a pair of New Balance shoes for $130 which were $120 cheaper than the Brooks I was looking at. Really good support but kept in box as didn't want to get them filthy walking around the city, as city is absolutely filthy, save them for the gym.

Shout out to Ravi who was super friendly and welcoming and made the daunting shoe shopping experience really enjoyable and easy. Got some Brooks Ghost and a recommendation for Hoka Bondi's in future. Very happy customer :)

The service I received today from Amy, let alone the other staff was just simply excellent. The technology used was excellent, their interpretation of the of the output was excellent and subsequent recommendation regarding footwear was was 100% correct.
I cannot recommend this store enough.

Staff were professional and helpful without being overbearing.

My five stars go to the superb customer service and the wide variety of shoes. It was my 1st time at Athlete's foot. They took a 3d scan for my feet and selected the best shoes accordingly. Athlete's Foot raised the bar high when it comes to buying shoes. Shout out to Amy who was super patient and informative.

Lily was super patient and pointed out that my left foot is bigger than my right and was probably why my last pair did not last as long as I hoped, offered me at least 6 options before I settled on a pair.
Great service as always.
Wouldnt let me do a 2nd review so just deleted my old one which was for Emma who was amazing too.

Andrew helped me find new running shoes this morning. He was really helpful and knowledgable!

I went in To The Athlete's foot on the weekend, Andrew's service was more than helpful than other active wear and footwear shoe shops I have tried in the CBD I will definitely be coming back here. He took care in assessing my foot size and gait.
Thank you for making me feel welcomed and valued. He also recommended a podiatrist in the CBD for my foot pain. If you are looking for someone very knowledgeable this person really knows his stuff I highly recommend.

Zipped in here pretty much in tears cause of pain from the nubalance shoes I was wearing just about to go to a concert for hours. Spoke with Alex told him all the crazy requirements I needed for my super large flat wide foot. He listened knew exactly what I was going for and come out with a pair of shoes. First shoes fit so incredibly well and instantly took away 90% of the pain I had. Shoes on sale at quarter of the price I pay normally. Huge amount of knowledge and care. Great customer service.

Nathan was very helpful and had impeccable customer service in assisting with the purchase of running shoes. He even gave us a discount, without requesting one. Also, they have very high tech equipment in getting the correct shoe size. Thanks Nathan for an awesome shoe shopping experience. We will be back.

I came in with my partner today to get some recommendations on some shoes. We were assisted by Kai and he was absolutely amazing. He was very friendly and did an amazing job taking us through the test process and explaining what types of shoes would be a fit for us. He brought out several pairs that matched our colour preferences and helped us narrow down our choices by explaining the uniqueness and strengths of each shoe. My partner found some great Skechers that she ended up getting and I had some great food for though to take away about what I should be looking for in a shoe.

Would definitely recommend Kai and the team here although the store is small and doesn’t have the largest selection of shoes so that is a consideration for anyone going.
