All the staff were so considerate of my problems and addressed my concerns immediately. I could not have asked for a better experience at a GP clinic. I booked super last minute and was anxious they wouldn't be able to help but they did and I will never forget them for it. I recently attended the Melbourne CBD based clinic as a requirement for a job medical. The practice was easy to find and the consultation and treatment rooms were nice and fit for purpose. The staff were courteous and professional and made me welcome and feel at ease during the 3 hours I was there.

I've been going here for over a year and haven't had issue. Dr. Vaz is an excellent doctor with compassion and I'd recommend her to anyone. The reception is generally helpful too.

Can highly recommend Dr Mavis and the receptionist team here! Visiting from Sydney and needed to see a GP urgently, made an online booking and had an appointment for that day. The staff were lovely and everything was quick and easy!

My recent visit was a very positive and professional one. I found the Doctors, Pathologists, and Receptionists to be very thorough, engaging and presented options. They were not too busy to answer any questions.

Have seen Dr Mavis Vaz twice now for my almost 1 year old, and been exceptionally happy. Will likely make this my regular gp, as ours is semi retiring and we haven't been happy with the replacement. Dr Vaz seems very knowledgeable, has a warm bedside manner, is thorough yet straight to the point.

It’s really nice clinic to get everything from one place. Doctors, nurses, physicians, dentist and receptionists are highly professionals and very friendly. Highly recommended to go to see doctor or dentist or Physiotherapist.

Dr sebastian is a very kind and professional doctor. She identified the root cause of my health condition and started the treatment quickly. I recommend Dr Sebastian to everyone. Overall superb experience.

I see Dr Mavis who is very knowledgeable and patient focused. I appreciate her listening to me. Sadly I'll be moving out of the city so will need to find a GP, hopefully the next one will be as great as she is!
Also, Chris the Nurse is very funny but also gentle and quick for blood tests

Very quick in handling patients, and very reassuring too. My GP (Dr. Vaz) immediately put me at ease and gave options for possible solutions. She wasn't rushing in addressing my concerns as well, which is a major plus. Overall a very recommended clinic.

Since the start of the year I changed clinics and now going to Era Health and the service from receptionist to nurse to dr has been fantastic. I recently had a consultation with the podiatrist Ben Millerd and again the service, time and advice he gave me was amazing. Thanks guys. Love your work.

I arrived late by 30 minutes - entirely my fault for not reading the email carefully.
Considering this, I was pushed through my appointment quickly but thoroughly under the stressful circumstances of the nurse and treated better than deserved.

The practise has a clean, welcoming and professional feel and I would recommend this service to anyone.

What a refreshing experience. Happy, friendly, engaging staff. I did my dive medical here the other day and without doubt everyone was a joy to engage with and very professional.
