I went to 2 other watch repairers before J O’Donnell. He was the only one that could change the batteries for my longines Prima Luna

The longines was my first luxury watch and I then upgraded to a vintage Rolex which I’ve had for 6 years now (see below photos). The watch clasp flicked open spontaneously and I was scared I’d loose the watch accidentally. J O’Donnell adjusted the clasp for me and also the band width. I was delighted because Mr Mint in Chadstone said they needed to clamp it and might leave small marks, whereas J O’Donnell was so experienced, he didn’t need to cause any damage. He was also so generous and refused to accept any payment!!!

Got a bit of a touch up on my watch. Great service. It’s a little hard to find. On the 6th floor of the building and you must enter through the double glass doors on swanston street
