My friends and i went to the emporium Boutique over the weekend. We had such a wonderful experience. By far the best service we’ve experienced in a long time. Great atmosphere in store. Must visit !!!

A very unpleasant, cold shopping experience yesterday. Staff attitude and standard for client interaction is amateur, and untrained to be considered entry level luxury. The several staff seem to misinterpret that behaving standoffishly and revealing an unwillingness to engage or help translates to some sense of elevated class.

I visited your store just about two hours ago as I was interested in buying a denim jacket that I had seen a few weeks ago. as soon as I walk in not one single staff member had greeted me actually I was completely ignored. but funnily enough the people entering after me and people who were already there were getting greeted and served and they just happened to be white. I asked one of your staff members if they worked there because I needed help and they proceeded to tell me that they did not work there when I knew in fact that they did because they were greeting the customers at the door and communicating with the lady at the front desk right after. I don’t know what kind of service that is but you have just turned a warm customer cold. I don’t know how you guys operate but I guess you don’t like to make sales or maybe your customer is VERY specific and VERY niche. I will not be returning 😊
