Really bad quality shoes and horrible service.

Sandals felt so cheap and plastic-y and not worth the $170 price tag. The sandals were not comfortable at all and it gave me 7 blisters. I went back the very next day for a size exchange (wanted to size up) or a refund but was refused because I didn't have the shoe box (I explained that I did not receive any shoe box and was only given a bag but they gave me a smile and said that they didn't care - the long brunette lady who remembered me from yesterday just shrug and said that they can't do a refund).

Old blonde lady that was there the first day was kind but kept on pressuring me to buy something it wasn't a good shopping experience. The long brunette girl was pretty rude on both days.

I don't recommend this place to anyone seeking a good quality pair of shoes or good service.

I always buy Midas shoes and love the brand, however the girl working there today was rude and could not be bothered helping at all. Asked for shoes to try on, came back and handed a box of shoes and did not even acknowledge me when handing the box over. This happened twice l, could not be bothered spending my money where I could not even be served decently. Never had this problem at any other Midas

The old lady with blonde hair is super rude. We wanted to buy sandals but she refused to let us try the shoes because she said the shoes going to be transfer store. She talking to us without eye contact. Just pretending busy on her laptop. I don't think you open the store but you cannot sell shoes because the transfer of the items. If your company don't understand what is customer service. Stopping the business maybe is right for you.

This is for both ladies who was working in the store today. I came to this store to buy 2 pairs of leather shoes and Then these 2 ladies were acting like I was there to steal something. This is very very rude and unprofessional walking behind customer and making an eye contact of their every move. I was really ucomfortable. If you have some good customer service experience u wouldn’t have done that to me today. I didn’t buy anything from them. Both ladies one medium hair and the other short hair u both are very disappointing. Never judge someone by their look, dressing or race. I wish I could speak with your manager or your manager sees this review. You felt me really small today. I worked hard to save $500 and buy new shoes today and you guys disappointed me by your behaviour and body gestures. Please don’t do this to other customers. 😭
