Mr Ponnaren Pak

On my first visit to Dr.Pak with my sore shoulder, he sent me for tests which showed a tear Dr.Pak did the surgery which was 100% successful. The follow ups I have had have been explained to me so I could understand them.
I am now having my other shoulder operated on by Dr.Pak again.
I would highly recommend Dr.Pak a truly brilliant surgeon with excellent follow up.
His receeptionist/secretary Ashleigh is just lovely, always welcomes you with a beautiful smile.
Cannot say enough about Dr.Pak.

Pon Pak is a highly recommended Orthopaedic surgeon, He operated on me on 3 different occasions and all surgeries were very successful. Do not have any type of surgery unless you have seen Pon first or see him for a second opinion. You will not be disappointed. Ashley at reception is also very curious and helpful. Dr Pak did my shoulder replacent in 2017 and for the first time in years was pain free l hard a full route of my shoulder in 12 weeks after surgery and couldn't be happier. Such a kind man he is deal with with.

In the last week of February 2018 I fell and harshly broke my left ankle. Needless to say that I was in pain; and fearful for my recovery and ability to lead a normal life. Dr Pak is my surgeon. He has looked after me since day one. I had two operations on my broken ankle and I attest the success of both operations and the recovery to Dr Pak. He is a very talented, knowledgeable and experienced surgeon. Additionally, Dr Pak is a very caring and kind person who genuinely cares about his patients. I highly recommend Dr Pak to anybody who is looking for a brilliant surgeon. I am also very grateful to Sinead, who is Dr Pak's receptionist and assistant. I believe that Sinead has a heart made of gold. She is a very professional, efficient, competent and simply amazing young woman. Sinead treats all patients with respect and care - you would hardly find this in other places. I am very grateful for the services and care that I received from Dr Pak and Sinead. If I coudld, I would give them 10 stars instead of 5.

I have had 2 surgeries with Mr Pak both knee and shoulder.My experience was great throughout the process was fantastic and I can’t recommend him enough.

I DO NOT recommend this Dr to anyone. He couldn't recall the consultation of 10mins the next day. To me this is very concerning!! Three people in the consultation room can recall the whole 10mins but this professional can not. Dr Ponnaren Pak gave his verbal okay to return to work after know his occupation and then when requested in writing said he couldn't recall the conversation that three people heard due to the next day after the patient was re injured at work and was taken to hospital by ambulance. We are all imperfect people and make mistakes but to deliberately withhold the truth is injustice. As I said I would never recommend to anyone I know. I personally would record the consultation to safe guard yourselves.

I had a appointment with Dr pak for shoulder surgery, drun the appointment he was on his phone, taking out of work phone calls, very rude, blunt and cocky! Not at all healpfull, felt like because I didn't have private health insurance he didn't want to help me. That was the first and last time I seen him!

I went to see this dr and he told me i had loss of cartilage in both my knees, he did not recommend any excersizes till I asked him, he seemed like he didn't care and was a waste of my time and money, as he did not guide me to what to do next or how to take care of my knees for the future, telling me your only option was Sergey and it might not even work. So i felt lost and sad. I then had to go see another specialist surgery who was fantastic, and explained my MRI scans and said I had not lost my cartilage, she gave me excersizes to do and recommend how long for. I would not ever recommend this Dr.

Went there with a referral specifically saying what I had and that I needed it removed. Once I got to the appointment I was then told that I need to get an MRI on it even though I had previously had an ultrasound confirming what it was I needed removed. $200 down the drain
