Particle Cafe

Cute little plant based cafe we came across driving near Highpoint. We weren’t looking for a vegan place in particular and so really enjoyed the good quality food and well made soy latte. The Veggie Patch dish was filling with a delicious tofu scramble. The staff were friendly and very welcoming.

This was an absolutely great experience, starting with a nice vibe of the place, friendly and capable stuff and ending up with amazing food. Everything was delicious and very quickly on the table. Would definitely come again. Thanks!

Extremely cute vegan cafe!

The food was nice but more than that, I was pleased to find a family-run, indie place that makes it easy to find vegan meals and drinks.

Based on the number of customers that were coming in, it also looks like they're loved by the community. Hope they continue to do well!

Great textures and smokey flavour on the VIP burger. I'm not vegan but this has gotta be one of the tastiest burgers I've had, with or without meat. As a pt of reference from Grill'ed, I like the Mighty Melbourne with pineapple.

To all plant eaters, GF and curious foodies, this place is a must visit if your in the area. Home made paddies without the modified meat substitutes. Brilliant feel good food that nourishes the soul. The staff are all beautiful that create, make and serve all their food with love. Highly highly recommend. Shoutout to Maggi! She is the most beautiful woman, she serves me every time I come in and is very accomodating. Please drop by and order a coffee or have a feed 🤤. I drive from the other side of Melbourne to enjoy a meal here!

underrated gem ! delicious wholesome food in a cosy environment

I was looking for new cafes to try in my area and came across this cute little cafe a little away from my search radius on Google and gave it a try. I had the coffee for takeaway and loved it. Very creamy. I didn't know that they have their plant-based mylk option. Otherwise, I would have tried that. That said, I will give it another try and this time, their food options.

Ps: I found their food prices on the menu a little high compared to the other cafes in that area

Wow! So surprised by this place! Great flavours, whole fresh ingredients. They make a lot of things in house as well (peanut butter, kimchi, cookies, macadamia feta, etc)!
We got the avo smash day and VIP burger, really tasty for vegan and omnis.
Cant wait to go back.

My partner and I drive over an hour each way to eat here. They have great burgers, smoothies and breakfast bowls. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, and prompt to take your order without making you feel rushed.

I would definitely recommend this place, in my opinion it is the best vegan restaurant in Melbourne.

We're regulars here. Super friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, and tasty vegan food in a part of town otherwise lacking in vegan options. The menu is filled with classics like the BLAT, Jack Black Burger, and Berry Chiaful, plus everything from magical smoothie bowls to colorful and flavorsome salads.

The VIP burger is the best vegan burger I've ever had. A vegan burger with mushrooms, pineapple, tomatoes, and salad presents a harmonious blend of umami richness and sweet tropical tang.

Did I mention the super friendly service from a cosy family owned business?

One of my non vegan friend recommended me this place and I decided to give it a try and it was well worth the visit.

A fully plant based menu and the most sustainable place I have ever been to. A lot of options on the menu.

And interestingly they have an option to choose from house made plant based mylk*.

Will keep coming back..

Really fantastic little cafe with a huge selection of smoothie bowls, presented beautifully and full of lots of yummy goodness. What a great way to start off the morning. Oh, with fantastic coffee too!

I've moved away from Particle but still travel across town because the food is just so good! My favourites are the BLAT and add some crispy potatoes, and the Jack Black burger. Last time we had delicious dumplings with a salad which was a great combo 😍 Coffee is always great too, they have home made milks too that are all great.

Some of the best vegan food I’ve had, their burgers are insanely good and unlike anywhere else. And the staff are always so so lovely! One of my faves

Fantastic Vegan cafe with exceptional service. I really enjoyed the nachos with added Jackfruit which was recommended by the staff. I'd definitely go again.

First the time at this cafe. We were all so impressed. The food and coffee was superb. The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond any request we had. We walked in fairly close to closing time, they were accommodating, made us lunch, and no request was too much trouble. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back. The service and genuine courtesy of the staff made it a lovely experience. Thank you ladies!

Cute cafe with a lovely setting. Food was exceptional both in flavour and presentation. Had everything we were looking for. Would come again!!

Absolute Vegan Heaven on Earth, well at least in Melbourne.. well worth any amount of driving to get there if you want a comfortable and relaxed vibe and a great feed, the playlist is always on point, the menu always satiating even if it takes you ten hours to figure what to go for as everything is so utterly appealing, the staff are always lovely and the owner always up for a decent and lengthy chat. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

We had the Jack black burger, Avo toast and Tempe salad here. The burger was brilliant and our 2 year old gobbled up most of the Avo toast himself. It is an easy recommendation and the coffee was good too
