I’ve been Coming to Essendon bridal formal for over 10 years, There new location is fantastic. Always putting parking. Archie and his wife have been fantastic and making me look my best for all of my occasions they always go above and beyond to make you happy as a customer

I recently bought a wedding dress from Loretta and it was amazing!
I only had a 4 month engagement so finding a dress to be ready in time for the wedding was a struggle but Loretta was able to find the perfect one. I bought a strapless dress but wanted to have a boat neck neckline which she was able to do and it really just made the dress!

From the moment my husband and I walked into Essendon Bridal Formal we knew Archie was experienced and knew what he was doing. Instantly he measured by my husband knowing specific lengths different parts of the suit needed to be to fit him perfectly. We felt comfortable trusting Archie to ensure the groom and groomsmen would look their best and the suits would perfectly match our wedding style. Essendon Bridal Formal really is a one stop shop having everything we needed from the suit and shirt to cufflinks and tie. Archie and Loretta even helped us colour coordinate my husband and I and made a custom vest and bow tie within a short time period. Thank you so much Archie and Loretta, we matched perfectly, couldn’t have been a better colour match with the vest and they all looked absolutely incredible. Never seen a groom and groomsmen looking so sharp, thank you!

Disgraceful service. We entered the store and asked whether they had any bridesmaid dresses available. She didn’t care to ask us what style of dress or colours we were after or even bother to show us their range. We just received a simple response of “we DO stock bridesmaid dresses but it’s probably not what you’re looking for”. Can’t understand how she would know what I’m looking for if she didn’t even bother to ask me or even let me discuss it with her.

I had my first ever dress appointment here and actually found a dress I loved straight away. A few weeks later I re-booked an appointment time and returned to try the dress on again and was planning on purchasing it that day. But after the complete lack of customer service and care, and basically being left to fend for myself the whole hour I was there, I left and ended up going to a different bridal store where I received the most amazing customer service and found my dream dress there.

I'm sorry but the service provided at the store is beyond terrible. I would never normally give a bad review, but in this case it's hard not to. My girlfriend is getting married in November and the store representative was rude and inclined that my friend was fat. I'm sorry but in what world is a tall size 12 girl fat? Don't go here. There's a store across the road who are a lot friendlier and to be honest the dresses there are amazing.

Beyond disappointed. Stunning gown, additional $200 for alterations, hem overlocked, not even hemmed properly, top still did not fit correctly, the solution given was to buy hollywood tape. So I spent just under $1k to ahve to go elsewhere to have it properly altered. Would not recommend
