Avenel Maze

Very creative and fun! Just us two adults having a blast running around the mazes. Great for kids as they set up well thought out puzzles to solve about Ned Kelly! Lots of information about his life. Mini golf was lots of fun as well, it's included in the price. Clean bathrooms and lots of benches and tables under cover and out by the trees. Perfect place to stop after a long drive or in the middle of one.

Great place to explore with the kids or even just with mates. Items are very well hidden in the mazes. We didn't even manage to find them all. Great little trivia boards to learn more about Ned Kelly while your enjoying the day out. Highly recommend a visit.

An awesome place to stop by on M31 just passing Seymour a bit, especially when you have children or is interested in wild west style of history. Take a turn on the opposite direction to Ampol Avenel.

This little place have a few mazes, where you can try to look for signs and clues inside it, to know more about Ned Kelly. Other than maze and fact finding activity, there are also mini golf, and a few classic games like horseshoe throwing. Overall, not many people visit it, but it is definitely worth the extra 10km from M31.

Great facilities. Toilets were really well maintained and are all plumbed. Good seating for lunch in the shade.
Enjoyed the mazes with things to do and find along the way. So it's great for all ages.

We had a wonderful time playing putt putt and exploring the mazes. Threw a few snags on the barbie then set off to explore some more. Grandkids said it was fun and they recommend it to others.

Had a blast. We are a retired couple just looking for a little activity to break up the drive. What a good choice. There are mazes to wander through, and within them you need to find clues to piece together the story of Ned Kelly. Is he a local hero or a bank robbing villain? We spent more than an hour doing the puzzles.

A really fun and educational experience with focuses on the life and legacy of Ned Kelly.

A great place to stop on the way if you're travelling towards Bright.
There are two mazes where you have to find hidden items.
Mini golf is available too.
There is alot of information on Ned Kelly and the gang.
The lady at the front counter was very kind.

What a great find!!! We looked up places to visit on our way home from Heathcoate and came across this gem.
There are a few mazes and based on Ned Kelly History. You have to go through the maze and tick off signs/gold/pictures and answer questions in the Ned Kelly Maze.
Theres the policeman Maze to find horseshoes and bullet case desgins.
In the middle is mini golf
On the outer overlooking sweeping hills you also have a few mini games.

Undercover large pinic area with barbeque. Not sure if they sell a range if food there?

Highley recommend to stop iver for a good few hours of game play and pinic.

Beautiful gardens and immaculately kept amenities. A little out of the way, but well worth the gorgeous scenic drive up there. We had a ball. We arrived early and used the mini golf area for our Easter egg hunt. There was lots to do, we spent about 4 wonderful hours there.

Had an amazing time. Very surprised by how much there was to do!
Took kids aged 6 to 16 and all had fun.
Not sure if they don't have drink/ice-creams, or if they were just put that day, but it would be a great addition. Bring a drink with you if it is hot!

Fun little pit stop with quizzes and games. The owner was lovely.

A nice spot for an afternoon activity for the kids. My 7-years old son enjoyed the maze. We at least learnt about Kelly Gang story! I don't recommend it on hot days, though. when we visited it was about 22 Celsius so we felt exhausted. It might be great to have some fountains or water mist net. The reception are so lovely and great. It was pleasure seeing them, very kind and hospitality. They provide some cold drinks. The price is cheap only 35 for 2 adults and 2 kids. They have concession prices too.

A great place to take the family or for couples. Had fun searching the clues regarding Ned Kelly but at the same time a history lesson. Mini golf and board games and a great picnic spot too. Staff very friendly.

Awesome place for family outing. Enjoy the maze quest both of them. A lot of sunshine due to lack of big tree's so make sure you have sunscreen or stay at picnic table which is available on site. No food serve on site but you can bring your own which is great!

A great experience for all ages, mazes were engaging and exciting. Horseshoes was the real winner for our group. Well priced and an incredible view to go with it.
