Outstanding customer service.
I purchased the wool lined Odense boots and these are the Rolls Royce of shoes. I dislike wearing shoes in winter normally because my feet tend to be too hot and sweat and then later too cold and clammy. The wool lining in these boots really helps my feet breath, stay dry and therefore warm. I am thoroughly impressed with both the product and the service, thank you!

I bought a pair of Duckfeet about 8 years ago and visit whenever they need re-soling. Staff have continued to be friendly and provide great service (even though they have moved to a more prominent location). Recently I had my shoes re-soled and they were able to post them back.

If you want real shoes this is the place. Awesome service as well, took my time to find the right style and fit. Also great advice to break them in and maintain them, like we are suposed to.
So happy i am wearing my new duckfeet today :)

I found these at agfest in northern tasmania and add i was shortly to travel to melbourne went to their store. ..purchased a beautiful pair of shoes i have worn almost every day since. ..most comfortable shoes i have ever worn and they are proper leather. .amazing
