I recently had an excellent experience purchasing my first pair of ASICS shoes from ASICS Melbourne Flagship store (GT-2000 12-black). Hamza's expertise in guiding me through the fitting process, including a detailed analysis of my foot movement using a slow-motion video , truly impressed me. His knowledge and friendly demeanour made the visit enjoyable. I've already recommended the store and Hamza to my family and friends. Great service and a fantastic way to find the perfect pair of ASICS shoes!

This brand is honestly worth it. I came in looking for a new pair of shoes due to pain from incorrect form in my legs due to wearing a different brand of shoe that wasn’t supportive. The lovely young girl working here helped me find a shoes that would fit best suited to my use of them. She was so informative, professional & helpful.

I showed up with no expectations, just browsing through the selection of running shoes. The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable. Although I went home empty handed, I received full knowledge of what I need for my next running shoes. Definitely coming back when the time comes.

I've always loved wearing Asics shoes but never gone to this flagship store, following recommendations from friends I had to go. I was instantly greeted by the charming team member Max who gave me top notch advice on what shoes would suit me and used some cool tech to sort me out with the right size. After some deliberation on colour I was sold on a pair of stunning purple Gel Quantum 180s! Even got a free cookie and bottle for joining the Asics club!! Thanks Max and the Asics team!

Fantastic service from a lady named Amy! She was very welcoming and amicable, offering us a test run on the treadmill to recommend shoes best fit for us. Her service has a personal touch yet at the same time, very professional. The entire buying experience is a compelling reason why you should patronise this flagship store!

Very positive experience at this store. I needed new gym shoes, Luke asked the right questions, listened patiently and suggested a few different models. He didn't try to sell the expensive models and infact said I would get the same performance out of a moderately priced shoe because of my use cases. Overall happy with my experience and purchase at this store, will definitely come back to buy more.

Spacious with a good ratio of staff to customers even on a busy Saturday morning. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Looking forward to my other ASICS shoe purchases.
