Knowledgeable staff. I have had my Loakes and Church's resoled here with very good results. Certainly not as cheap as a local cobbler, but very good value for the quality of workmanship received. Very easy service with a quick turnaround, also.

The man serving me was focused and diligent. Took my size brought out the boots to try. He was terrific and the product knowledge was exceptional. So many shops nowadays the attendant has no idea. If you want a quality Australian made show go to McCloud shoes they are grouse

Great service and shoe range. I was recommended by Henry Bucks to visit this store for Double Monk shoes. I walked in unannounced and was greeted with a big smile. I was allowed enough time to browse all the shoes and then asked politely if I’d like to try any shoes.

Once they learnt what kind of shoes I was after, I was patiently showed three different options and given advice on what would work on my feet shape. I really appreciate this old school service and attention to my needs rather than a straight up sales pitch.

I’ll return for a pair of boots shortly when they are available in my size.

Entire team were incredibly friendly and super helpful, polished them on the spot for me and I was out of the store in a matter of minutes. Best place I know of in Melbourne for a wide and very well curated selection of quality and stylish men's shoes at reasonable prices. Walk in with confidence; they are genuine and friendly guys who know shoes and won't do the heavy selling. Have bought three pairs of dress shoes, two pairs of boots and three pairs of sneakers/summer shoes over the past five years. Repair work also top class.

There are plenty of shoe shops in the CBD for men - but few who sell quality shoes with helpful staff. Their range is great but the quality of their wares makes them first rate. The helpfullness and knowledge of their staff take it to the next level. So when looking for quality mens shoes, avoid Collins Street and come here where price fuly equates to quality and service.
