Dr. Sara Eshraghi is a remarkable professional, skilled in both family therapy and general practitioner. Her invaluable support helped me navigate personal and relational challenges, promoting overall well-being. I highly recommend her expertise, grateful for the positive impact she's had on my health and interpersonal connections.

I don't quite understand the negative reviews, half of my appointments are bulk billed (free). In general you also get what you pay for. The longest I've ever had to wait has only been 40 mins but I'll take that for quality service.

Dr Sara has been very helpful to me, she's always switched on and genuinely cares about you.

Today was my first time to attend this clinic & prior to coming, the receptionist Sandra had OUTSTANDING customer care & service, so it was already a 5 star for me.
Upon attending, staff were all lovely, very prompt & Dr Maria Annele Raty was the BEST for removal of IUDs. She does insertions too & I would highly recommend her!! Made it so much more pleasant than specialists & I cannot thank her enough for the best experience I had today with her! Highly recommend this clinic & especially Dr Maria Raty ♥ thank you so much ladies!

I have been visiting Gladstone Park Clinic for nearly 30 years. I have always been very happy with their service. My Doctor John Russo has always looked after my husband and myself with great care and helped through some difficult years.
All the doctors and nurses are always helpful and the care from them has been fantastic.
I would recommend seeing any doctor at the clinic and receptionists are helpful finding an appointments

Dr John Russo is a well respected medical practitioner in our community. He has been my personal GP for many years and he still continues to serve, respect and surprise me with some of his new and up-to-date ideas along with the latest treatments if required. He is open minded and keeps himself up to date with the latest trends in medicine, which I believe all the doctors at this clinic continue to do.

I was very impressed with today’s visit and treatment. I could see that team were short staffed, which happens, however their communications between themselves and patients was amazing, all done with care, kindness and a smile. I’ve been seeing Dr Delavari for about 6 years now, and he’s a very compassionate and professional doc - as well as listening to my problems and taking me seriously instead of pushing me out the door. I’ve also seen Brian who is a funny, amazing professional who makes all his patients feel safe.
The reception gals are always so friendly to me and I never dread going here.

I've been a patient of Doctor Russo for over 30 years. He's a great doctor. Thorough, knowledgeable in a wide variety of procedures and very patient orientated. He investigates issues and always follows through with appropriate treatment. Taking the time to explain issues, recommended procedures, and medical technology to ensure his patients are always clear about what is happening. He is also lovely to deal with. Ready with a smile and banter keeping you relaxed. The admin team along with the nurses are also a delight to engage with. They really do know their stuff. My visit to Gladstone Park Medical Clinic was the best medical experience I had in Australia so far. Doctor Human Delawari showed strong interest and the kiwi nurse who took care of my wounds did a great job as well! Would definitely come back if I were living in Melbourne. Thanks!

We have been seeing Dr Delavari for a number of years now. My sons feel very comfortable to see him and he is fantastic at diagnosing issues. We have seen most other doctors by now and they are all extremely caring which is something hard to find nowadays.
Appointments are a must to ensure you get in as they get booked out quite quickly. I would highly recommend the practice.

Dr Sara Eshraghi, is the best doctor I've been to. Caring, compassionate and takes her time to really understand her patients. I don't feel pressured to leave the room.

Dr DelVari was brilliant with both myself and my young daughter. He was on time, which was great also. Very easy to get parking even though on a main rd.

Lovely practioners. Receptionist staff are always polite, friendly & professional. Clinic is always clean. Wait time is challenging at times. Overall excellent service. Highly recommended.

Very good clinic. Staff at reception are really nice and helpful. Dr Tehiyat Ejaz she is very nice person she understand and listen every problem of her patient in a very polite manner. She is one of the best doctors there.

They administration staff are incredible and myself and my fiancé both see Dr. Brian Glassenbury and Dr. Nadia Baradaran-Noveiri and both are incredible doctors. We are so very thankful for the care that they have provided throughout the years! They provide a range of services and we are so very glad to have them. Dr. H. Delavari specializes in skin care and cautorised some skin lesions and biopsy of a lump on my nose.
He was lovely and did a great job.

I’m a long time ( more than 20 years ) patient of dr Russo trust him with my life he’s always professional.. sometimes you might need to wait a bit longer. however a small price to pay for your well-being ..

My family and I have been going to Gladstone Park Medical Clinic for a number of years now. I have always found their doctors and staff to be caring, professional and very thorough in their consultations. I believe they treat all of their patients with respect and dignity and never just a number.
