I recently dined at Kaffir Lime in Launceston, and I must say, their vegan tofu Thai dishes were absolutely delightful! The jungle curry, coconut rice, and pad kee maw were not only flavorful but also left us wanting more – we practically emptied every plate.

Great portions and decent price. I got the pad kee mao which was fairly spicy. Beef was good quality and the char on the noodles was phenomenal.

Extra noodles was $3 which I would recommend.

Very good vegan Thai food. I'm not sure if I'd call it authentic, but it was surely delicious.

The starters were a bit limited in quantity for the price, however the zucchini fritters and the vegan duck pancake had a delightfully crispy texture and a tangy sauce to match.

In terms of the mains, the spicy fried rice could have done with a little more flavour however when paired with the basil and chilli stir fry, made an excellent combination.

The matcha cheesecake was very rich with a delicious dark chocolate sauce. It wasn't as creamy as it could be, however the taste was very good.

Overall, I was very happy with the portions and the taste. Definitely would visit again if I came along this way.

We went dining as a 6-person group and everyone were pleasingly surprised by our meals. Each of our dishes tasted amazing and we got services quite quickly! The portions were filling. I personally ordered the Yellow Curry with Tofu and would be glad to order it again; the Thai Iced Tea was also a great discovery.

The food was flavourful and well presented. All items were all plant based which we were amazed by, especially the matcha “cheese” cake which was quite light in texture. The matcha flavour wasn’t too strong either but just right. The only issue we had was that the opening hours differed from Google and the sign on the door, so we were lucky we got to try it once! Best to call the restaurant ahead of time. We would love to come again though and we definitely recommend.

Highly recommended ! It's one of the best vegan outlets. Great ambience, prompt service, and friendly staff. Tried Miang ped, Chef's special spicy fried rice, and spicy Hokkien noodles. Will be back.

Amazing vegan yums. Duck pancakes and laksa are highly recommended. Love the use of black rice in the spicy fried rice, would have liked it even better if tofu is swapped to the amazing fake meats used in laksa though. The laksa is not spicy but the spicy fried rice is quite spicy!

The matcha cheesecake itself is the best vegan cake for me - not sweet at all and full of matcha taste, and so smooth. Probably less sugar syrup to be perfect for me as a whole, and fresh berries instead of sugar berries would be nice.

Delicious and authentic Thai cuisine! I left feeling very full, it was worth every penny! I ordered fried rice and roti with peanut sauce. I was so full after the fried rice I barely had any room for the roti! Great place for anyone interested in something to fill you up.

We are interstate visitors and stumbled upon this place by accident. Ordered the duck pancake (entree), laksa, pad see-ew, sticky rice pudding and pea flower with sago. They were all delicious! We would definitely come back here.

Really enjoyed the pad kee mao with duck. The dessert caramelised coconut with sticky rice was divine. Enjoyed the pannacotta. Don't have photo to show everything because it went too quickly.

We absolutely loved the food and the customer service here!:) We ordered Spicy fried rice, Lord noodle, and fresh spring rolls, which were all amazing. I especially loved the spicy rice, and I wanted to order another plate. We also drank Thai soy milk tea and lemon tea, and they were all refreshing :-). We’ll definitely come back when we visit Launceston!

Came across this restaurant on our Tassie holiday and absolutely loved it! The dim sums, curry puffs, sweet & sour stirfry and pad Thai were all delicious. There was one waitress looking after everyone and she did a wonderful job taking orders, bringing out drinks and food all on her own on a fairly busy night. Wish we had this restaurant back at home.

Can confirm this is the best Thai restaurant in Launceston, if not Tasmania.

Hot and Spicy Chicken Wings & Prawn Cakes both tasted home made. Really delicious.
I asked for 8/10 spice level for Grilled Beef Salad, and it was the perfect balance of spicy, sour and umami.
Pad Thai was also perfect. It wasn't sweet (unlike many other places around town).
