I am always looking for a trustful GP, never get a good one, did shopping around and recently I saw Dr Wen Yu and she is fantastic, she is caring, patient, friendly, spent time to listen to my needs and issues, never rush which I felt very comfortable with her. Thank you so much.👍

Very happy with my first visit to this medical centre, quick, friendly and efficient and having a discount Chemist in the same building is super convenient.

I saw Dr Yui Chen for the first time today as my regular doctor has a four week wait for appointments. He was a nice doctor, very efficient and quite friendly. He gave me the script I asked for after checking my blood pressure etc. I was bulk billed. Will definitely go to see him again.

Only issue was a half hour wait time later than schedules appointment, but in my experience this usually just means a doctor who takes a bit of extra time with their patients, so not a big deal for me.

The receptionist was very polite and efficient. I arrived early as a walk in appointment on a Sunday and was seen very quickly by the GP Dr Bruce Wu. He had a lovely manner, listened well, and provided proficient care for my medical problem. Would return here again.

Dr Jia is very friendly， and puts his patients at ease. I would highly recommend Dr Jia.

The process was professional and reassuring which helped because I was a little nervous. As a new patient I saw the nurse and doctor, then the nurse gave me my AZ shot, which i didn’t feel at all . Also, it was helpful that i didn’t have to wait long. Good location, near the markets.

Yesterday I attended this medical center. It was about my 6th visit and I was again immensely happy with the service. The doctor and everyone who treated me were warm and caring and I felt like a valuable human being being given time and care and understanding. It is in is contrast to other centres I’ve visited where I was treated more like a product to be hurried in and out the door.

Very friendly obliging staff at reception, great doctors, always quickly available. No waiting time. I recommend this clinic to everyone without hesitation, I've only had the best possible experience everytime attending in person or through telehealth calls. First time visit, Dr Yue Chen really nice and caring, great acupuncture too. I live around this area but never knew about this clinic. What a hidden gem.

When attending a booked appointment I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes. Doctors are professional and caring, taking the time to tailor services to suit my needs. also have a text reminder service.

Awesome results using their in house Acupuncture. Pain, which was 8/10 or worse on a pain level with 10 being unbearable, has been worked on for around 8 months. Now totally pain free, zero medications or chemicals used. working with me on general health and seeing and feeling positive results.

Nursing staff also caring and quite fast, take care to make me feel a valued patient every time I am there.

I have been attended this clinic several times, always consulting with Dr.Chen and Dr.Wu, they are both very patient and professional GP. Also, definitely helpful! Thank you for keep my family happy and safe.
