Mel and the team took the absolute best care of Harry! They fit him in last minute for two weeks, kindly answered all my panicked texts about my doggo, and he ran himself so ragged playing so hard with his new pals, he lost the extra weight he needed to lose! He has a very happy vet now😂
We will absolutely send Harry back when we travel next with no hesitation!

Our Border Collie youngster Zeus had fun at the resort for a couple of weeks daycare and overnight stays.
Zeus benefited greatly from the social interaction with the other dogs.
Melissa genuinely cares for and understands well the animals in her kennels.

My little fur baby Jasper has been going here on a weekend for doggy daycare and has absolutely loved it! Mel has done a wonderful job of looking after him and I'll definitely be bringing him back every time I go to Rockhampton!

Milo absolutely loves staying in with the social cats. He is usually very quiet at home but whenever he comes home from the kennel he’s always so talkative and loving. He always makes little fur friends everytime he goes there and we love seeing all the updates on Facebook seeing how our boy is going. He even gets out does a loop of the house then gets back in his carrier ready to go back and see his friends 🤣 it’s an awesome place and they take great care of all the fur babies 💕💕🐈🐕🐹

Highly recommend. Our dogs have stayed for 5 nights this week. Mel has a great understanding of timid and nervous dogs and was more then willing to work with us and our dogs. Dogs came home happy, well fed and bathed. Thank you again🥰❤

My doggo loves it here! Daycare gets the same reaction as walk and chicken in our house. Best place to send our energetic border collie to add to his enrichment while I'm working. Mel loves the animals and they get the best care.

Butters has been going to All Star Pet Resort the last 9 months. Mel & her family go above & beyond to cater to whatever is needed. Including Taxi service & even at short notice. Butters is excited to be there & loves the other dogs. The prices are also brilliant & great location of the kennels. Photos & live streams are a great way to see your pet/s while away. I could not recommend All Star Pet Resort more.

We took our 10-month-old Cavoodle to All Star Pet Restor for the first time on the weekend and I could not be happier with them.
I was extremely nervous leaving our puppy in someone else's hands, but Mel and her team were so welcoming. Nothing was too much to ask of them. We were updated with messages and pictures of our little boy and that was so comforting. The kennels are so clean and the option to add so many extras is great, and they loved our little boy like he was their own.
The booking and payment system is so handy and makes it so easy for people like us who travel regularly to book in advance.
We cannot thank Mel and her team enough for looking after our puppy with so much care and giving us the peace of mind that he is in very good hands.

The Ladies were amazing, gave me some really good advice with my puppy. He managed to get out and some lovely person took him here. Can't thank them all enough.

can't say I have been to many doggy daycares but this place was great. The dog seemed to have a great time and honestly the staff were fantastically helpful for someone out of town.

Ava loves going to visit Mel & the team at All Star Pet Resort. If it’s day care or boarding she’s always very excited when we arrive.

Our dog recently had her first ever experience at a kennel. Despite our dog feeling nervous, Mel looked after her with kindness and respect. We loved seeing our girl running around in 'paddock playtime' on the Facebook page. We highly recommend Mel and All Star Pet Resort and will definitely use this service in the future.

Our 2 dogs,Oscar and Hogan (blue staffies), recently spent a week at All Star Pet Resort. Mel has an obvious genuine love and devotion for animals and was accommodating with our requests. Our fur babies are happy, healthy and smell very nice too after their visit. Will definitely use All Star Pet Resort again. Thanks Mel.

I was a bit put off about all the good reviews like no one can be that good. There has to be a flaw. Well I would like to say mell really dose care about your animals. My cat Bella came back with more weight on then when she went in the cattery was clean and tidy not dark but not to light they had a clean surface and access to clean water,food and litter trays (social cats). My dogs were both happy and didn't lose condition. Mel posted photos of Bow and Ollie. And washed them before we took them.
It was very easy to make a booking and text or call when I was sick to arrange an early pick up or get details of my pets. I will definitely be back and can't recommend her more. 😊

First time in all of Spots 17 years he has been in a boarding kennel. Enjoyed our time away knowing he would be looked after. Great to receive photos of him, a great reassurance he was doing well. Spot was relaxed when we picked him up comfortably sleeping in his bed. He a bit special with failing eye sight & hearing & no teeth. Mel was very pleasant to deal with. Thankyou for caring for Spot. 🐾

I take my dog here regularly since the new owner has taken over. She is amazing, and my dog loves going here, he gets excited as soon as he sees the front gates!
Love that she takes photos and videos for the owners to be able to see the love their dog gets while they are staying here too. Have no qualms leaving my pup here, I know he is loved almost as much here as he is at home.

We cannot thank you enough for taking such wonderful care of our two cats while we were away. It was a relief to know they were in
such goods hands, were safe and given lots of love! Theo & Louie will be visiting again when we next head off on holidays.

Mel was so good with them, they were pretty excited to go with her. Great taxi service. Indy and Koda must've really enjoyed their time there. They looked good and happy and wanted to go back with Mel aftrr she dropped them off. Great price, will definitely stay again next time. 👍
