As we continue our adventure of trying out new places, our path led us here. You can enter this cafe directly without a reservation, and it's quite unique and charming. The service they provide and the food they offer are of very high quality. It's worth a visit even just for the coffee. The prices are reasonable for Chapel St. I'll definitely visit again when I get the chance!

I recently visited this charming coffee shop, and it left me with an uplifting feeling. The cozy atmosphere, filled with warm, earthy tones and soft music playing in the background, instantly put me at ease. The baristas were not only skilled in crafting delicious coffee but also exuded genuine friendliness. My cappuccino was a work of art, adorned with a delicate foam design. As I savored the rich, aromatic brew, I couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment wash over me. It's the kind of place that brightens your day and makes you appreciate life's simple pleasures. I'll definitely be returning for more uplifting moments!

Went with my team, great food with good portion, all girls can’t finish their food because it is a big portion . Prices are very reasonable in nowadays. Definitely recommend it ~

Journeyman was busy on this weekday morning, we enjoyed breakfast tucked away in a little table at the back.
Pork Belly Benedict was absolutely amazing & the presentation was top class! I loved the little fruit balls on the plate! Coffee also very nice.

Always my favourite go to for chapel breakfast. Persian feta croquettes or chilli scramble never disappoint.

Great place when you get here early. Easy parking, straight to a table and lots of staff. I’m usually a 12 bruncher but was here 9am ouch! Coffee and the food was on point and smooth efficient service. Def worth a try if you are in the area.

Genuinely the best brunch I have had. We sat in the back booth wich was quite so we didn't feel overwhelmed and the staff were still just as attentive to us as the rest patrons. The food (waffles and a big breakfast) was INCREDIBLE. But the best thing of all was the pot of tea I had with my meal. I've never had a cafe serve me a more PERFECT pot of English Breakfast. Could cry happy tears.

One of the better brunch places. Decent menu and great coffee. Service was good and responsive despite being so busy on a Saturday. Enjoyed our meal and keen to go back again.

Had an amazing time here at Journeyman. The food is absolutely stunning and the service is second to none.
I had the smashed avocado and peas, and it was phenomenal. For the food alone I’d return!
In particular, Alex had exceptional service. She managed to make the experience even better. Extremely polite and it was great having her service.

As one of those cafes that don't take bookings for weekends, one could only turn up and test our luck. From then on, it was easy to see the justification for this place's popularity and high rating.

Water and menu were already in position at each seat - efficient and practical. With so many eye-popping dishes sailing out of the kitchen onto tables beside us, we wished we could try everything.

The Eggs Benedict was not your usual fare. With crispy pork belly, maple hollandaise, apple and house made BBQ sauce, this was so delicious I instantly had food envy. Actually the Sauteed Mushrooms were pretty amazing too. On a kale and rosemary waffle, scoop on a generous amount of mushrooms including my favourite the enoki, add garlic herb creme fraiche and truffle oil, rocket, parmesan, sprinkle with pine nuts, cover with manchego cheese and balance the poached egg. My tastebuds were singing from the first to the last mouthful.

We also tried their tumeric and matcha lattes. The turmeric latte is made with rice milk so a little bit more watery but still tasted great and smelled like chai latte. The matcha latte was thick and creamy by contrast.

Magnificent food and attentive service, continuously topping up our water glasses and never hinted for us to leave despite the queue of people waiting for tables. The space has a modern feel, simple and functional. It's a really busy place, but if you only try one cafe in Windsor, I recommend this one.

Sunday morning brunch at this place was awesome, thanks guys for treating us on your busy hour. Served us with delicious smashed avocado with goat cheese, nicely done and presented, and chilli scrambled egg with beetroot was tasty and filling, servings are huge, yummy chai, tasty coffee, quality gluten free toasts, friendly staff, quick service and nice ambiance to enjoy a meal post lockdown. 😇🤓

One of the beast breakfasts I have had, the coffee was hot, strong & they serve a range of milks for those intolerant to cows.

We had the big breakfast, croquettes & smashed avo & all three were perfect, and very generous portions.

A hot tip, add a side of candied bacon to share, it was to die for.

Staff were nice, meals were delicious and the prices were good for the size of the meals. Would definitely return.

Probably the best coffee place in Chapel St and the food is amazing. Super friendly staffs especially (Joe). Highly recommend this place for all visitors.

Persian Feta Potato Croquette - JM Eggs Benny
Wow! This chapel st cafe quickly made it onto my top Melbourne brunches with these two dishes! The croquette was so unique and different to anything I’ve tried before, and the the eggs Benny was just perfection from the crispy pork belly to the hollandaise. Always busy and has been a favourite to many for years, be prepared to wait a little however they do have many tables.

Had a beautiful time there, the atmosphere is awesome for a catchup sesh. Staff were lovely, the place is clean modern feel and just looks beautiful. I would definitely comeback. The brunch menu is beautiful, I had the pork Benny and it was delicious and not like any I have had before..loved it

It was great place for breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly and professional. There was but of wait but they don't push people after finish breakfast to go out. You can enjoy and relax inside or outside. The prices were not bad. I tried three things all of them were great both in quantity and taste. Strongly recommend. Many thanks to Journeyman.
