LOT 88 on the park

First time dining here and will be back. Ordered the Lot 88 dish, was delicious and came with a small mocha which was smooth and just perfect. Staff are absolutely lovely and the owner was so kind, Adam let me order brunch over the phone before the kitchen moves to start working on lunch (11am). Quite the gem in this area!

I’d like to thank Lot 88 for responding to my previous less favourable review. I’ve since returned twice & look forward to being back again. It’s no wonder why there is a constant stream of clientele.
The service as before was excellent, all staff we encountered were.
The food, breakfast was beautiful. I’m so looking forward to lunch.
The fireplace and plants are a brilliant touch. I would definitely recommend seeking out Lot 88!

Simple but presented beautifully and tasty....poached eggs on sourdough toast. Toast wasn't too hard to cut through and seeded, so great earthy combination. I loved the touch of olive oil on the plate instead of butter. I would have loved to see some salt and pepper on the eggs or on the table, and a little more olive oil. The fried onion as a garnish was a great addition....just a little sweetness and crunch. Nice seating giving privacy to get a little work done before my meeting. Couldn't see an power points to connect the laptop. Great music and good coffee. I would come back if I was in the area. Better than sitting in Maccas.
Pricing was reasonable. Toilets on site.

This is the best cafe that I have been too in such a long time.

A friend of mine told me about Lot 88..she came and picked me up and OMG I was not disappointed.

Where do i start.. the food was amazing.. the venue was nice and relaxing and the staff were so super friendly and very helpful.

I had a friend of mine who had been before and told me I needed to try it. I drove an hour to get to Lot 88 and I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!!!

As soon as I entered the cafe the service was absolutely unbelievable and the design and vibes inside were unreal.

THE FOOD!!!! It was the most delicious feed and I’d rate them a 10/10

I will definitely be coming back and I couldn’t recommend coming here more.

What a great oasis of quality amongst the greasy spoons of the industrial parks. A really nice venue, solid menu of tasty, fresh food with quite a few healthy options. A welcome change to what you usually find in the area. They also have great coffee.

My favourite go to place for breakfast & lunch. The coffee was perfect, great extraction and perfectly made. Food is incredible, tried pretty much everything in the menu and it is always a hit. A hidden gem, lovely staff with excellent service.

Amazing. Great coffee, delicious food and beautiful ambience and atmosphere. Service is impeccable! Highly recommended. Would not go anywhere else, so thankful for its presence in this industrial estate.

Always a good feed at Lot 88, with amazing customer service. They take pride in everything they do and they have loads of vegetarian options. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you for your service

OMG best hash brown and smashed avo I’ve had in a long time. Anastasya and Jamie absolute stars and just lovely. It was a quick pit stop but I will definitely be back.
Anyone in the area should make a point to stop here…. Bek 🙂

I don't usually write reviews but here I am writing a review on the best brunch meal I ate at Lot 88 on the Park... the meal wasn't just the highlight...the hospitality, service, pricing and friendly staff topped it right off...
10/10 rating ... Highly recommend 👌

This place is tucked away amongst an industrial estate. It's modern, with an industrial feel. The staff are friendly, and will help when ever possible. The coffees are always amazing. This morning I had the smashed avocado with extra bacon. The avocado was seasoned well, you could taste a hint of lemon juice that bought a freshness to the dish. The seeds gave the dish a nice crunch, and the eggs were poached perfectly.

If you want to have a nice breakfast, take a drive and try the place. It's not often you find a nice cafe in an industrial estate.

I'll come here again

First time I came across Lot88 I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem. Great selection of dishes. Amazing coffee and service is friendly and quick . Loved the vegetarian and gluten free options . Will be back 😊

Last week we held a private function at Lot88. Suhemi and the team provided a lovely morning tea in the function space and made our morning really special. Nothing was too much trouble and the morning tea was delicious. Thank you again for helping to make our event a wonderful success, we will be back again :)

I had a wonderful and delicious big breakfast this morning and once again I left happy and content. Apart from the food, the service is amazing and all staff members are such lovely people, including management.

Had a work breakfast, quiet a nice setting, coffee was excellent and the food was tasty, the big breaky was a tad dry although the lot 88 was a stand out, flavoursome and well cooked

I would highly recommend Lot 88 for any work function or special event. The combination of outstanding food, inviting atmosphere and friendly service makes it a perfect choice.
