I was so happy to return to an old haunt, a place that I could normally depended upon to have everything l required. This time, they had nothing I went in for , but I still managed to spend nearly $100. I will blame the inability to get what I needed this this time on supply problems that everyone is facing. I'm just really glad to see the little shops I frequented opening again.

I had a problem with what I felt was rude treatment by a member of staff. I emailed the company who responding quickly with an apology and an assurance that the staff member be retrained in certain aspects of customer service. I very much appreciate being taken seriously and will visit this store again when required. Thank you to Management!

Ordered a photo frame in Jan, had not arrived by middle of Feb. Called twice and no one had a clue what happened (also whoever the staff member i spoke to was rude) and still quite unsure as to what happened to the frame. They told me I'd receive and email telling me what went wrong.. haven't received anything.

I understand supply and demand, but when, because I'm concerned for my own wellbeing, I go into the ONLY shop in the centre that has some, they're selling 250ml for $25. 500ml for $45. Comparable bottle 250ml for $7 at Chemist Warehouse. Screw you for price gouging when you know full well that if I want hand sanitiser, I have no other option. I used to come in a lot when I couldn't find something in Coles, but no more.

I have no idea if this shop even exists. I ordered (and was charged) for an item, only to be told it was “out of stock”. Six weeks later I am still waiting for a refund. It looks like an online shopping scam......

Over priced and cheaply made in every aspect, stocking many useless items and over crowding every inch of the store.

Bad customer service
