Thank you Caroline for bringing our boy home. We really appreciate what you do. We highly recommend her for all your pet funeral needs. Someone who loves what she does and is passionate about it. Does not take advantage during your vulnerable time like some big business. We were such in a mess physically emotionally and mentally and we did not know what to do. But she has been great and helped us bring our boy back to us.

It was a very tough day having to say goodbye to my best mate and our family dog Rufus Thomas, our 14 yo Pugalier. He lived a full and fantastic life and we have many loving memories to hold on to.
Caroline's support in arranging our wishes was warmly received, with a professional, insightful and caring manner.
We appreciated the clear prompt communication throughout the process, and the final presentation was very heart felt.

My dog passed away suddenly and unfortunately whilst I could not utilize Caroline's service due to timing, I would like to say that she is extremely professional and shows a great level of care for what she does, both email exchanges and phone conversations I had with her demonstrated this. Even I approached Caroline after hours and she already had prior commitments, she still exhausted all options to try to help us out, and even recommended a few other service providers, I could not fault Caroline in anyway and would not hesitate to recommend her service to anyone.

The day my dog's sister Luna (5 yrs old) died in a car accident was a real shock to all of us. Caroline came to our rescue and did the most beautiful and peaceful ceremony for our dearest Luna. Its the time where we give our hugs to Luna and wishes her well to the rainbow bridge... We love you Luna forever in our heart ❤ thank you Caroline once again for your great assistance during the hardest time of our lives...

I have known Caroline personally for years and dreaded the day I would need to call on her for her services @ Paws & Reflect, unfortunately that day came on Sunday 27/8/23 for my little man Shinko, my 16 year old French Papillion, I was a mess and it was late when I contacted Caroline, nothing was more comforting when she advise that she would be honoured to take over the care of my little man, Caroline picked Shinko my dog up from the vet first thing the following day and returned him home to me on Wednesday along with a beautiful bunch of flowers, card, insense, and candle to light the way home for my boy.
The dedication, love and care given to me and my boy Shinko from Caroline is a credit to her and her business.

The day after my little girl Macey passed away Caroline came and picked her up, I was such a mess and she treated my little baby as if she was living. My little Wilbur’s passing was really unexpected and the first pet I had pass away. I didn’t really know what to do and in the middle of the tears and stress and I spoke to Caroline over the phone and she was so beautiful and kind and sensitive and talked me through the process and what was to be done. She even had a dog named Wilbur so I knew I’d made the right choice. When a pet passes it’s an intensely sad time and it takes a special person to do what she does. I felt like I was leaving my boy in safe caring hands and knew he’d be looked after. Thanks so much Caroline x

We lost our dearest friend Twitch who was 17 when she passed on September 02/2020.
She had been with us for the last 15 years of her life. We are heartbroken and adore and love her.
Caroline was so lovely and supportive and it meant so much to our family that she delivered our little girl's ashes and with flowers and a card and everything was so beautifully presented.

Caroline was fantastic and so professional. From day one she was understanding, helpful and was great with communication. She made the service for my beloved 15 year old dog Jess so special and memorable. The service was beautiful. I highly recommend her.

I was so grateful I found Caroline when I had to say goodbye to both of my cats. She has a gentle manner and was sympathetic, even talking us through our grief. She handled our babies with care and gave them a Tibetan Buddhist farewell when she took them to be cremated. Both times she delivered our boys' ashes and thoughtfully returned them along with roses she picked from the garden at the crematorium. I'll never forget how amazing she was during such a sad and difficult time.

Wonderful service provided by Paws and Reflect. Have used twice when we said goodbye to each of of 19 year old Burmese, Bella and Leia. Cannot rate high enough. Thanks Caroline for your care and understanding.
