To be honest, I only stumbled onto Clarke and Co by luck - I had been thinking of selling and moving for a while then finally took the plunge and went into the Beerwah office.
The reception I got was very posiitve and after some while the property went "live". Over the extended period it took to get the desired unconditional contract I was regularly in contact with both Dan and Andy with the many questions I had. I recently had the pleasure of working with Dan and his team to sell my house. From start to finish they were professional, highly knowledgeable about the local property market and always made sure I felt like a priority. Would recommend to anyone thinking of selling to go see Dan.

We signed Clarke and Co up just before we went away on holidays so we could be ready to put our house on the market straight away. Whilst we were away Dan and Andy worked in the background to get us a sale. Once every thing was in place on our return photos etc. The button was pressed to officially put our house on the market. The same day we had a call from Andy to allow some interested parties to go through the next day, a Saturday. By the Monday we had a contract. We were very impressed with the whole process from this agency, and would highly recommend them to anyone.
